Misconception on kabuto's edo tensei

Nope, I base Kabuto when he was at his best, at the beginning of the war. I wouldn't count Madara as part of his edos though since he can escape it but everyone else I count.

They're sealed now, but when a character's power is measured, he should be measured in his prime, which happened to be when Kabuto had 37 Edos in his arsenal :y
