misconception Mangekyo Sharingan speed

people seem to think ms tech just happens and seem forget that it needs time for it to be prepared

here is the 1st time itachi use his Tsukuyomi on kakashi and if you look at the 3 pages he has close his eye then cast it . leaving me to believe that you need time to prepare it

here we the second time is on sasuke and it happens aging his eyes close and then Tsukuyomi is cast

and even in the time when sasuke didn't close his eyes he was standing still in one spot and it still cause him more pain because he rushed it vs bee and danzo

few points

what am try to say its you need to fully concentrate and need time to use it
and it just doesn't happen

I agree but not just to that. If your ms is already activated you can use tsukuyomi and if you uploaded the fight with sasuke, you'd see that itachi had it activated and with eye contact caught sasuke with tsukuyomi;

Similarly amaterasu takes time a couple of seconds if it hasnt been prepared, but if its already been prepared its more or less ready to go. Example, itachi prepared amaterasu and showed clear sighs of him about to use it when naagto sensed it but also he bled;

What im trying to say is that against kakashii, itachi was in sharigan mode then activated the ms to use tsukuyomi. Similarly in part 1, he has the sharigan before he activated the ms against sasuke. In part 2, he already activated the ms, therefore with eye contact tsukuyomi can be used from the get go.

Similarly if already prepared, amaterasu can be used

in sasuke had to get his susanoo the raikage build up his attack and it plot to build suspense

kakashi had his ms ready i think he knew sasuke was trying something

danzo fight aging it was with plot to build suspense he was still standing still
