Actually it's more like 4 times.
The initial scan you posted left him incapable of fighting let alone blocking and would have spelled death

Then killer bee's second strike while karin was healing him if it wasn't blocked world have spelled death.


Then there's the point blank lariat, which again someone hand to heal him after

And the bijudama which someone had to block for him.

It's safe to say killer bee >sasuke at that point in time since it took the combined efforts of taka just to survive. Heck Taka even had the location advantage, and was still getting tossed left and right.

Bee got lucky with that Lariat. The Gyuki had to break him out of Sasuke genjutsu, without that help he was outta their. Plus Sasuke didn't wanna kill Bee until the end.
