Misconception about Sasuke having Senjutsu.

Sasuke doesn't have Senjutsu. He has Sage's chakra which isn't the same. Hagoromo bestowed his power to both Naruto and Sasuke, splitting it to their corresponding inheritance. The brother with the powerful body got the beyond perfected Senjutsu and the brother with the powerful eyes got the Rinnegan. Another proof of that is Madara saying he has both of those powers himself.

As far as Senjutsu is concerned, Sasuke has something like Juugo did. He can potentially use natural energy but he can't transform in the way Naruto and Hashirama can.

Besides, if Sasuke did have Naruto's Senjutsu, he'd be another Hagoromo.

From Orochimaru's Curse mark. Orochimaru developed it from Juugo's clan which was known to use a lesser form of nature chakra. Orochimaru noted that Sasuke's chakra remembers what it feels like to use nature chakra because of his extended period of having and using the curse mark. which is why Juugo was able to extend the curse mark to his susanoo.

Unlike Naruto and Juugo by extent, Sasuke does not have the training to actually draw in Nature Chakra which is why he is not a sage.

I think that was a result of the rikudo's chakra and by extent, his Rinnegan/Sharingan not Sage mode in general. Don't forget he can actually see chakra. It wasn't so much sensing it as actually seeing the color of the nature chakra going into Naruto as Kurama drew in such a large amount at one time. the world around him more than likely shifted into a huge swath of blue chakra and he knew then that Naruto was drawing in Nature chakra.
