He had the rinnegan when he used chibaku tensei. He used it after dividing the ten tails into bijuu. The spirit of juubi was already sealed inside of
him by then. He sealed away its body afterwards with chibaku tensei to be sure it wouldn't return somehow

i disagree about gaara,,,and its prob the same case with the others,,
gaara's sand doesnt come from the juubi, he never controlled it. and gaaras juubi uses wind element, it was just mixed with gaaras sand,
i believe his sand comes from his mothers jutsu, since the juubi is extracted from gaara and he maintains the sand technique.
as for the others,
bee doent have ink himself, its the eight tails ink, bee is controlling eight tails. but extract the 8tails from bee and no more ink.
naruto he cant heal at any moments at the times he havent mastered the nine tails,before, naruto heals after his rampage like what happened with pain, but sometimes rampaging damages naruto and naruto regenerates by his own, prob. not the nine-tails..since nine-tails want to break free from naruto before, why would kurama heal naruto?

the same goes for all juubi i think.

umm but what i read in manga is that the sage sealed 10 tails body in the moon n the chakra was divided . As fas as sprit is concerned the 10 tails has no feelings or i deals so i doubt

Indeed, but it's not that far fetched. There have been many really powerful characters in Naruto that had to work their way up from nothing.
Look at Jiraiya, Hiruzen or Minato. I imagine the sage of six paths like kind of a mix out of these characters with sage mode (though without a specific animal theme), hax sealing techs and
a master at ninjutsu. No one can match the ten tails in raw power but the most powerful man in existence could seal him without any dojutsu

then why do all keep saying that sasuke represents the eyes of sage while naruto represents the body of sage ... If the sage never had those eyes then the body alone can defeat 10 tails ... it means naruto without any help from 9 tails can defeat 10 tails ... just bullshit

ok i just remembered the sages tools ... ok now the theory seems plausible ... but ill still say that the sage had reningan from birth n when he absorbed juubi then some genes mutated n he passed on a sharingan to future generations

But Naruto isn't as strong as the sage.
Rinnegan is still to be considered the eyes of the sage. If he didn't have a strong body (He's the Senju ancestor still) and mind (Uchiha) he couldn't
have wielded the Rinnegan. Now I'm not 100% sure but I think this is the most logical since the Rinnegan is supposed to
be divine and all. We'll see what the manga will say.

Does it say Juubi chakra + Senju + UChiha dna =Rinnegan?? And if it was the way you said it is. Then your bogus. Naruto gained Sensoring powers from Kurama.... it doesn't mean that his kids will have those powers... Because they don't have the original source.
