Mirror universe?

What is the difference between mirror universes and not mirror universes in dragonball super?

Because apparently according to episode 53, universe 10 has humans as well.
So every universe can have the same races but differnent/similar people?

Or can 2 different universes both have a Goku and Vegeta with also those names for example?

As far as I've read after the episode, the translation was wrong. Zamasu and Gowasu weren't talking about humans as a species, since the original word they used is "ningen" which in japanese means "mortals" and "humans". The intended meaning was "mortals" in this case.

Zamasu hates every being that isn't a god, which is simply referred to as "mortal".

There aren't any humans in Universe 10 because there isn't an earth in that universe. If you remember, when Whis was explaining, he said that the Universes come in two pairs. For example Universe 1 and Universe 12 are a pair, which means they probably share the same characteristics. Universe 6, and Universe 7 are also a pair, which is why there's also an Earth in Universe 6.
