Mirio Togata is a tall young man of a very muscular build with noticeable scars on his lower arms. Miro's is very unique due to his blue oval-shaped eyes, in a simplistic style with no visible sclera, and nose which is prominently rounder than most others. Mirio has blonde hair, the top part of which is arranged in a cowlick, while the bottom section is worn swept backward. Back in the academy. Mirio had long hair tied into a ponytail. It is assumed that he cut it so the support department could use it to manufacture is hero costume.
Lemillion's hero costume consists of a white, skin-tight body suit on his torso with "1,000,000" stamped across his chest in bright gold. The trimmings around his chest and his shoulder pads are the same color. His chest plate also includes two red shoulder mounts that are the same color as his long cape and his gloves. Green lines protrude from his waistline that matches the green designs also featured in his shoulder pads. Lemillion also sports blue pants that tuck into long white boots. He completes his costume with a large white visor that acts as a mask.

Personality:
Mirio normally comes across as extremely goofy and very energetic with some peculiar habits. Going solely based on his personality, many tend to question how Mirio was a top student. Mirio has a very optimistic attitude and is also almost always smiling.

Mirio does not allow his laid back nature to cloud his judgement or impede his dreams of becoming a hero. He has proven to be an extremely hard worker, turning a near unmasterable ability into one of the world's most powerful. Mirio is constantly looking for ways to improve his skills and tries to work toward his goals by accumulating different experiences to learn from them.
Like many young men and women, Mirio was inspired to become a hero. Knowing he can't rescue everyone, Mirio chose the hero name "Lemillion" because he aspires to be a hero who can save over one million people. Despite Mirio's uplifting personality, he can suffer from failure just like everyone else. He has an excellent understanding of hero protocols and controlling his emotions in order to see the bigger picture.

History:
History:
Not alot is know about Mirio. As a kid, he witnessed a Jonin level shinobi save the lives of him and his fellow academy students during a life threatening accident. This inspired him to see Shinobi as a "hero" status of sorts, thus he always strived to be the best in his academy but he was never seen as a #1. He graduated the academy at the age of 10 (As top 5 of his class) and just 2 years later he entered and passed the chuunin exams. Once becoming a chuunin he seemed to become stagnant in his progress as a hero. He did 100s of missions and trained day n night. Pushing himself to his limits in order to become a great hero. At some point when he was 17, he became a Jonin rank and was finally seen as a good and heroic shinobi. This was ok, but Mirio wanted more....

Tools and Such: Mirio is very adept in the use of Fire, which is his first affinity and also his signature element. Mirio carries 2 great swords, one on his back and one on his left hip, each one are razor sharp and fully capable of conducting chakra. They are compared to great swords due to their length being nearly the same height as Mirio (whom stands nearly 6 feet 4 inches). He is an exceptional genjutsu user also, his skill with genjutsu is so vast that it is said to rival even those of the Uchiha legends. Most of his techniques focus around Pain or paralyzation; primarily using pain as a medium to torture his opponent, he would torture his most hated enemies rather than kill them quickly; something he chalks up to just "venting". He also has fairly above average speed, reflexes and tracking due to his intense Taijutsu training, Kenjutsu mastery and harsh training over many styles of close combat, thus doubling his base movement speed. His tool pouch is filled with steel crafted boomerangs but with the sizes comparable to small shuriken. Each boomerang would have an explosive tag and 5 senses disorder tag placed on them, being able to be remotely activated at will.
Being born Ambidextrous, Mirio is able to weild weapons such as his swords and boomerangs with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one he is using. While in combat with just single sword he usually switches hands alot due to being so used to using two swords at once.
It is also seen that he keeps a horse with him for traveling purposes. The horse is all white in color, with silver/gray hair on its mane and tail. The horse has similar armor platings as a knight and is known to travel at a fast pace for long distances without tiring. It is also numerous times bigger than a normal horse.
Scrolls:
Topography scrolls - Mirio, being a keen user of Earth Release carries many topography scrolls, both blank and ready-made with an ink pen strapped to it. His ready-prepared scrolls consist of three designs. The 1st causes a large maze with thirty meter tall walls to emerge from the ground. A unique feature about the maze is the spikes protruding from the top of each wall, preventing anyone from mounting themselves on the wall. Another unique look to it is the numerous Dragon body designs that cover the surface of all the walls, looking as if the walls were made of earthen Dragon scales.
The second scroll has a huge earthen pyramid drawn on it, thus turning the terrain into a massive pyramid that covers up to 60 meters around and stands 75 meters in height, leaving the user and everything around trapped in a dark, hallow pyramid.
The last scroll is quite simple. It creates numerous 20m tall, 8m thick walls that stand merely 5 meters apart side by side and front to back, spanning out into a 50m radius thus creating a field of huge walls around the terrain.
All these topography Scrolls are used for the Wheel of Fortune technique or Topography control technique.
Elemental Jutsu scrolls - Attached to his left leg are pre-made scrolls for three different elemental techniques that require it, just to have them ready.

- 2 Flame tiger explosion technique
- 2 Mud wolves technique
Fuuin Seals:
On his neck Mirio has a seal used for concealment [Unspoken Execution]. On his left pectoral is the seal for the Boundary Barrier, ready to be activated at any point. Other than that he keeps an assortment of tags used for each specific canon fuuin technique (such as scrolls with elements pre written for elemental sealing etc ). On his swords and giant boomerang is the unlimited blade seal.

Description: Anmoku no jikkō is a sealing technique created by Uzumaki's who needed a counter to foes with sensing abilities. The seal lays dormant horizontally across the neck, and is activated with the user's chakra being focused into the seal. Kanji for the seal then appears before swiftly emitting a chakra barrier shaped like a sphere that emcompasses short range around the user. This barrier is linked to the seal and has the special ability to erase the chakra signature of the seal's vessel while inside its dimensions. With its signature now erased, this technique acts as an advanced chakra suppressant that hides the user's chakra from all forms of chakra sensing, whether it be directly from the body or from an outside source. Opponent's with sensing will now have to rely on their basic, or in some cases above average, five senses as they continue the battle while in this realm. For example; Inuzuka's would have no problem using their nose, while Uchihas would be unable to see the user's chakra, but still uses the advanced reaction speed that comes with the current level of their eyes. The barrier moves with the seal as its epicenter while only lasting for a limited time.

This whole jutsu was created so when the user loses their weapon they can still control it and attack an opponent that isn't looking or drop their guard. The seal on the user's shoulder glows whenever this technique is in use but isn't bright enough to go through none see through clothing. The speed of the objects at what they move is the same as if the user had it in their own hands.

Summonings:
Mirio through deep study of rare animals and traveling the world, came into contact with a lethal breed of animals. A very powerful and ferocious species called Cardinals, a species superior to most who came against them. They caught Mirio's eyes the moment he saw them, so he made a pact with the Cardinals that he will forever protect them as long as they aid him in battle. With this blood oath made, they granted him a signing of the contract and all of the birds tied to the contract. He has marked herself with a special bird Summoning tattoo in two different places; One is placed on the inside of his bottom lip, while the other is placed on his left hand. Strapped to his waist he carries 6 small vials of his own blood, being small enough to be crushed with little force and giving his easy access to his own blood without bringing any harm to his own body.

Description: September is a small orb-like self sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, or senjutsu chakra. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi. The battery has two capabilities called charge and drain. Charge allows a shinobi to draw chakra from the battery and drain allows the battery to draw chakra from a shinobi or their techniques. The battery has a max capacity of two hundred chakra.
Charge: While in direct contact with the battery or while it is on their person a shinobi can passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through contact. It can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out. It allows the shinobi to draw two hundred chakra from the battery at a rate of fifty per turn allowing for them to regain chakra or to supply exhausted allies with chakra. It can also be used to provided senjutsu chakra instead of chakra at a quicker rate allowing them to gain ten percent of their chakra as senjutsu chakra but can only be done once usually exhausting the battery. When exhausted the battery is still able to use it's drain ability.
Drain: Alternatively if a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of fifty chakra stolen per turn. The wielder of the battery is also able to instigate this process passively by making direct contact with the opponent allowing them to instigate the process stealing fifty chakra per turn where contact is made. Additionally through this draining ability the battery is able to steal ten chakra from a technique causing it to weaken by twenty damage. This is similar to the capabilities of the Scientific Ninja Tool: ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm on a much lower and more basic scale. Where that can absorb entire jutsu this battery can only absorb ten chakra storing it in the battery. This portion of drain will cost a move slot, can only be used once per turn and only twice per battle.
