Both Mirajane and Minerva are on the same level powerwise, they're both rivals of erza, both demons (minerva temporarily) and they both like to cook. They'd probably get along swimmingly. In fact all 3 of them Erza,Mirajane and Minerva would. They'd also make a great team.
