Mirabelle -not unlike most women her age- takes exceptional pride in the management of her outward appearance; working diligently to maintain a physique that is flexible yet firm in its outlines. With a fair-toned complexion that is contrasted by a generous natural crimson flush that runs in a soft glaze along key parts of her body, such as her cheeks, upper chest and outer thighs. Her radiant sapphire pigmented irises stand out against a head of silken dirty-blonde hair that varies in length depending on her whim and preference; reaching as long as her tailbone and rear, or as short as chin-length.

Given her affinity for artistry -and being the Sage of such- Mirabelle does not shy away from the use of makeup and other cosmetic effects to provide a sharper, complimentary outline of the features she finds most pride in. She generally sports shades of red; accounting for the most obvious being the eyeliner that she generally wears in a sharp scarlet red to clash vibrantly with her blue eyes, along with a similar shade to her lips with a glossy finish. Additionally, she sports a variety of tattoos that take the shape of a subtle symbol representing Hyrule's royalty across her left bicep, a generously detailed rose along the left of her waist and a more generally identifiable trail of red floral stems that stretch across the top of her breasts and into the upper-center of the chest, between her collarbones. Though these are the standard choices she prefers for makeup, they are only among many choices that she has made before, leaving the final result of each day dependent on her personal preference.

What sets her apart from most Shinobi, Mirabelle has a relatively expansive wardrobe and takes considerable pride in the careful selection that she makes for each, going as far as to have them personally fitted to her comfort, ensuring each hugs perfectly complimentary to the curves of her figure. Though her wardrobe is expansive and seemingly ever evolving with new additions to suit her wants and needs, Mirabelle has a tendency to levitate toward a "favorite" that occasionally finds it's way into her rotation. Presently, her preference weighs in the favor of a black body dress that hugs sharply to her figure, adorned atop of it a white and red flowing fabric that wraps around her upper form into that of a lightweight split sleeve top, with sleeves that flow like silk waterfalls from her arms. In addition, she frequently has a crimson leather pouch strapped to her left thigh, often serving as a space for tools and other necessities in her daily life while doubling as a conveniently stylish accessory to match the company of her deep crimson earrings that clash in a beautiful, reflective contrast to that of her radiant blue eyes. .

Mirabelle can be described in one word, multifaceted. At first glance her approach to individuals comes off as cool and composed but hiding an air of arrogance behind her smile. Mirabelle loves to learn, always seeking ways in which can improve herself as a person thought not only mentally but also strength wise. Competitive, rude and foul mouthed are words people often describe her to be, which she doesn’t deny as her temper is miniscule. She’s easy to irritate and becomes very passive aggressive when annoyed by others. Somewhat fickle, she is shown being friendly and trying to come off as refined, mature one moment, then yelling whilst dangerously blunt the next. She takes her duties very seriously and always aims for the best but knows when to give up.

She loves to fight, something her father noticed ever since she was little. She’d spend what little time she had with her father before his passing training, spending time in the mountains with her twin sister and uncle training in the ways of the Hayabusa Clan. She has a desire to become the strongest kunoichi in the world, admiring other strong women as well. She’s a pompous woman as well, notably about her body’s appearance. She takes true pride in it, only seeking the finest clothing money can buy but also loving to show of her large bosom to others in any ways possible. While she has little to no shame, she can sometimes show this feeling when truly ashamed of her actions. She also has the habit of gifting people nicknames, whether they like it or not it matters little to her.

Mirabelle is overall a good hearted person, though her morals and self-interest can sometimes cloud her own judgment. She’s willing to kill without hesitation, but lacks the capability to kill the innocent. Unfraid to fight a stronger opponent, but fears the idea of losing her life without fulfilling her dreams. She loves her friends, family and village mates, but will show no mercy to those who cross either of the.



Blending more with her theatrical personality, Mirabelle has come to utilizing the uses of Fuinjutsu to create mental personas that individually split bits and pieces of her own personality. These manifestations are all sealed within a mental realm where she can communicate with them on a daily basis but also has chakra sealed into them. Of these personas, there are roughly three of them including Mirabelle herself, the main persona carrying 50 chakra.


Queen – This persona was crafted utilizing many of Mirabelle’s arrogance “hime” like behavior, carrying the air of a queen. She commands and demands respect from those she does not see as equals, willing to go as far as stomping on her enemies corpse if needed to show indication of her rather rash and pretentious faults. A persona that’s rarely ever seen, she takes command at times when in battle and Mirabelle is unable to perform right. She has 50 chakra sealed with her.

Miyu – Despite her lack of inspiration on the persona of Miyu, this part of her is Mirabelle’s kinder and more softer side. She rarely makes an appearance but will often times chime in or take over when Mirabelle has to deal with more delicate situations such as children. She’s a lot more soft spoken and shows a more subconscious embarrassment to Mira’s sometimes “eccentric” tendencies, often times apologizing for her lewd outfits or over the top moments.She has 50 chakra sealed with her.

Even with these personas, she tends to change her actual looks and sometimes her voice to try and create more believable appearances.

Description: Resonance is a unique application of Fūinjutsu created for those who possess multiple individualistic personalities; each with its own very unique set of beliefs, memories, emotions, and attributes. In its purest essence this sealing technique brings to life one’s own multiple personalities by enabling a form of organization and structure. A personality is generally defined as the individual characteristics which defines one; their memories, beliefs, ideas, personal skills, mannerisms, and habits. It has been shown throughout the series that various forms of Ninja Arts are capable of controlling, manipulating, transferring, and even changing memories. It has also been shown that chakra, Fūinjutsu, emotion, and memory all play intimately and are connected with one another. The most striking example of this is Minato Namikaze’s use of his chakra to seal his own personality within Naruto when he sealed the Nine Tails; this is at times called a ‘consciousness imprint.’ Karin Uzumaki noted that chakra carries the ability to reflect emotion and personality; she described Naruto’s chakra as warm while Sasuke’s was cold. There also exist techniques such as the Loss of Memory Technique which allows the user to block memory sets with their chakra. Fūinjutsu is also capable of sealing metaphysical phenomena such as chakra, souls, memories, and even emotions. With this in mind it is reasonable to extend the ability to seal entire personalities away into a vessel. Thus, Resonance is a seal which seals the users multiple personalities. It grants structure to chaos within one’s own mind; organization to a torrential storm of personalities, emotions, and beliefs.

Resonance is applied to one’s own personality; as such the seal must be stated in the user’s personality section of their biography. Resonance can seal up to seven individual personalities. These personalities are listed within the user’s biography. Each must have characteristics which are distinct from one another. For example, one personality can have a tendency toward violence and bloodshed while another can be prone to kindness. The user is granted great versatility with the customization of each personality, each being a cosmetic choice. Personalities can be named differently and even possess different perceived genders. This means that while the body’s physiological gender will remain static the personality can operate differently to the body; essentially the personality believes it is the opposite gender to the body. Personalities can also have distinct memories, skills, emotions, motivations, thought patterns, movement patterns, and mannerisms. The possibilities are nearly limitless in regards to defining traits of a separate personality. Personalities can also be structured into hierarchies with one typically dominant over the others; although this is largely a cosmetic feature. The inner workings of the seal itself are simple. The seal treats the user’s own body as the vessel for the sealed personalities. All of the user’s personalities are sealed by Resonance, including the original personality along with a portion of the user’s chakra before the seal is performed. Each personality, now sealed by Resonance, will be able to communicate with each other in an environment granted structure. This environment is much like Minato and Kushina’s communications with Naruto. Each happened within his imagination and mind allowing for numerous forms to be created. The user is able to shape the environment to take the appearance of anything the user so desires and all occurs within his or her mind. While sealed the personalities will be able to communicate with each other and watch each other, much like how Minato’s consciousness imprint was able to watch Naruto’s growth and development throughout his life. In terms of usage the seal possesses two release states. They are as followed:

Partial Release; The first state is a partial release state which is performed passively. Through this method the seal will be partially opened allowing for the fluid transitioning between separate personalities. It offers no true combat benefits and is purely a cosmetic ability which is inherent to the biography that Resonance is used on.

Full Release; The second state is a full release state which is performed at the cost of a move, but instantaneously, exempt or within the same timeframe. This second application is the combat-favored variant allowing for numerous benefits associated with the release of the user’s personalities. This state can be used for as many personalities as the user possesses, up to seven. As previously mentioned each personality is fully sealed with a portion of the user’s chakra, each laced with the personality’s essence of existence. Between all seven potentially sealed personalities a maximum of 400 chakra can be stored in Resonance. This chakra is split between each personality; each personality requiring a minimum of 50 chakra stored. The amount of chakra stored per personality is stated within the user’s biography in the personality section. When fully released the chakra will flow from the vessel of the user’s body back into his or her chakra network along with the personality; this effectively creates a full body surge equivalent to the quantity of chakra released. In addition to this the user will experience a refreshing surge of energy as their body is replenished and a personality is released; this is largely a cosmetic feature but can numb relatively moderate levels of pain and grant clarity to the mind.

Chapter 1: Origins
Truth be told, if anyone where to ask Mirabelle about her childhood, she would smile at you and say “It was great”. This was a lie she considered one she had to keep to herself, one to help her come to terms with the way things occurred. Mirabelle was born in the year 787, alongside her twin younger sister Isabelle. Their father, Daisuke Hayabusa and mother Shuten Hayabusa where proud to give birth to such beautiful baby girls. While the twins grew up in the Dragon Castle in Owatasumi under the noble linage of the Hayabusa, this life of privilege came to an abrupt end. The Dragon Castle was raided by the infamous Black Spider Clan, an band of shinobi who roamed the continent of Tobusekai seeking conflict.

The Hayabusa Clan has been at war with them for generations, but this was their most bold and honestly bloodiest attack yet. The fight came at the cost of many lives, but Mirabelle, Isabelle and Shuten survived due to Daisuke’s sacrifice. They lost their father, but also multiple of their uncles aside from Uncle Ryu Hayabusa. This attack almost placed the clan into turmoil, with only so few members of Shunden’s linage remaining alive. Thus Ryu, as the oldest heir to the clan, took up the role as head of clan for several years.

Mirabelle and Isabelle started to grow up, not having much memories of their father. It was at the age of five the twins saw the birth of their new cousin, Rinne Hayabusa. Shuten however wanted better for the kids, prompting her to take them outside the village and towards Last Bastion. Spending a year there, the trio moved to the other side of the ocean. Now residing in Tobusekai.

Chapter 2: Tobusekai

Mirabelle, at the age of seven continued to train to becoming a more powerful shinobi in her life. This has lead her on countless journies in the land of fire, one of which her mother tried to shelter her away from. However her ambition to improve caused to continue to aim for higher heights. She spent the next ten years in Tobusekai, but also wondering the western continent. Along the way she meet a man by the name of Romani, whom she studied under while mentoring in the medical field. The truth of his identity was revealed to her to be Solomon, though she had no knowledge of his origins. She was a fan of the books he wrote and to think he was her mentor was an absolute treat. She also fell in love with a woman named Yu, but Yu was already engaged to her fiancé at the time of this, with Mirabelle’s love never being retuned.

Time passed, with Mirabelle coming home one day from her voyage. It was like hell on earth, the Freehold was destroyed. She could only hear the crying and screaming of others as she seeked out her family. However in the end, Isabelle and Shuten perished in the event. The Kyubi being the source of her families demise. She used her knowledge of the world and traveled back home to Owatatsumi, now at the age of 18 where she spent the next two years perfecting her craft. She eventually made it into Master Ninja, making her one of the strongest in the clan. Due to the new rulings her cousin placed, she was granted permission to leave the village under the promise she never attacks any Hayabusa without real reason even if they are of an enemy faction. With the arrangements settled, she seeked a new home.

Chapter 3: Modern Era

Mirabelle’s journey has lead to her stumbling into Tsumigakure, where she took refuge. She took her time to learn and develop with the people of this village, having meet the Golden Sabbath’s members before hand. In the end, they all gathered into one village. She resided there since it’s conception, having quickly rose through the ranks and now serves as Kage’s Secretary of State. Her alongside the other fought the many battles against the mother cult. She now remains serving the Nidaime Tsumikage, Banri Uzumaki. She’s also now have gotten to seen her mysterious older half sister, her becoming a Child of Timat. She’s also gained an adopted sister by the name of Chise Hatori.


Chapter 4: Sandaime Tsumikage
Mirabelle alongside the others of her village spent several months in attempts to rid of the red fever. However as time passed, the god child named Enkidou came to life. This prompted the fever to finally have a cure, thanks the help of Solomon and Iskandourus forming the cure and mass producing it. However the Voidlord named Demetrias came and took the child and his caretaker via a summoning jutsu. Many evens occurred during this time, but in the end they managed to save Emiya and Enkidou.Mirabelle was then made into the Tsumikage, being Sandaime respectively. With plans in motion, Mirabelle plots to wage war against the mother cult with all she can.

Hayabusa Clan Info & Passives
The Chakra no Ryujin (Chakra of the Dragon) is the name of the Hayabusa’s chakra. It is the chakra passed down from the Hagoromo through Ninshu combined with the spiritual beings of the Watatsumi Sanjin that exist within all Hayabusa. Through this chakra, the Hayabusa gain the ability to manipulate the state of existence. The Hayabusa manipulate existence through Wuji, the progenitor of all existence. Looking purely at the nature of existence itself, everything came into existence from nothing. Wuji is that “nothing” that gave birth to “everything.” The Watatsumi Sanjin possessed the ability to manipulate the state of their existence and thus, when they embedded themselves in the Hayabusa the latter became capable of doing the same. The Hayabusa manipulate existence, either erasing or bring into existence entities, through their ninjutsu which they call Neidan. The Hayabusa also combine Neidan with taijutsu and bukijutsu in Hayabusa Kobudo. The capabilities of Neidan and how Wuji is interacted follow a set of rules based on the limitations of the Hayabusa. The most basic fundamental traits of Neidan are developed in their passive traits of Wujin and Taijin and further elaborated with actual techniques (submitted techniques). As well, due to the Watatsumi Sanjin spiritual beings residing within all Hayabusa they possess heightened spiritual beings which manifest in their resistance to spiritual damage and minor physical traits that distinguish them from other people. Mirabelle is currently ranked as a Master Ninja of the Hayabusa, showing she has in immense knowledge over the use of Neidan but also her battle prowess with it.

Wujin (No-being): This is a passive ability within the Hayabusa clan and the first introduction to the manipulation of existence through Neidan that a Hayabusa shinobi gains. This ability is how the Hayabusa have stayed hidden from the outside world for as long as they have. This ability deals with the concealment of a Hayabusa’s existence from the means of sensory and perception. The Hayabusa manipulate their Dantian (chakra centers) in order to erase their physical essence, vital energy, and incorporeal spirit on an extra-sensory and perception level. In other words, any means of comprehension of the existence of the Hayabusa that isn’t done through the five basic senses is impossible for non-Hayabusa. This is achieved at the genin level and is passive just as the tree climbing and water walking exercises. When a Hayabusa becomes skilled enough, they can even erase themselves from the perception of the five basic senses, however, doing so requires active manipulation of the Dantian and takes one of the three moves per turn. Also, due to the fact that a Hayabusa is essentially out of the plain of existence in this form, they cannot attack an opponent or mold their chakra to use techniques until they release the wujin and once again appear in the enemies senses. The length of time and amount of times one can erase their own existence depends on the skill of the Hayabusa. Hayabusa are immune to one another’s Wujin abilities at a certain level and rank and are capable of detecting other Hayabusa members no matter where they are. This is done through Taijin.

Taijin (Supreme-being): This is the opposite of the Hayabusa’s Wujin ability which refers to their perception and conception of their own beings. This is less of a sensory technique for others and more of a self-awareness. In convention with the philosophy, Taiji would be akin to “everything” which was born from Wuji. In the sense of this passive ability, a Hayabusa makes themselves indefinitely aware of their own existence in whatever form and wherever it may be. In other words, if, for example, a portion of a Hayabusa’s existence were to be separated from them yet still existed, they would be able to tell exactly where it was located. This is done through them being aware of the physical essence, vital energy, and spirituality of their own being. This also extends to weaker members of the Hayabusa who cannot hide their presence from higher ranked members. Hayabusa are the only ones who possess the Dantian and thus members of the clan can be aware of one another’s existence. This ability only pertains to one’s own existence and that of weaker Hayabusa members and knowing of their existence. This ability does not give an indication of what exists around or what occurs around their existence. A Hayabusa will know nothing else other what pertains directly to their existence. This ability is unlocked at the genin level as well but extends only to knowing about their own existence at that level.

Spirituality: The very beings of all Hayabusa are embedded with the Watatsumi Sanjin. Due to such a power, the Hayabusa have a great deal of spiritual energy which makes them more acute and resistant to spiritual based attacks. When confronted with spiritual/mental attacks (with the exception of Yin Release and MS level), the damage and effects are reduced by half and status effects (effects that place restrictions on a victim’s capabilities) would weaken by one rank. Though, when a Hayabusa becomes more skilled they can actively resist the effects of any spiritual based techniques completely at the expense of a move (minus Yin and MS level). Note, this does not make Hayabusa passively immune in any way to techniques like genjutsu or Yamanaka techniques, merely they are more tolerant and capable of resisting mental and spiritual damage from such techniques. They still experience the sensory manipulation of illusions and must actively recognize and break free unless they have the power to resist the technique.


Senjutsu

Sage Mode is the direct result of blending Natural Energy into the user's own chakra flow which empowers his chakra drastically. Once the user activates Sage Mode, he forcefully assimilates natural energy from his surroundings into himself, empowering himself for a given time. This time is limited because the user is incapable of continuously absorb natural energy as he moves about. Mirabelle is a practitioner of it, capable of entering Sage Mode, having learned from the cat elders. With this she has access to Imperfect and Perfect Sage Mode which she can utilize in battle easily, taking on Thunderbird like traits; appearing akin to a harpie.

Specializations

Primary Specialty: Mirabelle has two primary forms of expertise, the first comes in with her expertise in Solar Wind Release, a powerful celestial energy she inherited from her late father. This allows her to perform the element effortlessly, only needing a single hand seal in order to do so. However alongside this, in tandem with her “dual” affinity, she has a completely mastery over Bismuth, a molten steel element she learned from her mother. She refers to this as her "Scorching Caress" but is also capable of utilizing the element with a single hand seal as well.

Secondary Specialty: A feat she gained through her martial arts training, Mirabelle has the ability to track others far more efficiently. This in turn grants her an additional x2 tracking bonus; allowing her to keep up easily with highspeed opponents. This also acts as means to show her enchanted basic senses as well, capable of hearing, smelling etc better than most average humans.

Extra Specialty: Due to her mastery of Yang Release, she became a Yang Specialist. This gave her increased durability, shaving -30 DMG from physical damage to herself, while also no longer taking recoil damage from techniques she used i.e F Ranks. Mirabelle also has increased vitality, gaining an additional 1000 Chakra Points.


Custom Elements
Mirabelle’s intelligence has vastly improved overtime, so much that she’s started to learn to mix multiple of her basic elemental natures together. This, alongside the help of several other like-minded individuals allowed her to create two of her own unique elements, this being Dark Vacuity Release and Seraphic Water Release. In the case of the former, the ionized ash she creates is normally colored in stunning azure blue coloration, though she can easily change the coloration whenever she needs to. The third she learnt is known as Solar Wind, a specialized element she learned from the scrolls of her father, which she was later trained to develop by her own sensei. Last but not lesat, she inheretied her mother's unique element as well, named Bismuth Release, allowing her to create a unique molten element.

Bukijutsu Specialist
Mirabelle, via the training regime provided by the Hayabusa has learned and attained an acute affinity for weapons. While does favor her archery – training in Strong Fist and Hayabusa Martial Arts has trained her to use weapons of various kinds. This ranged from pole arms to bladed weapons to projectiles. While not having a particular mastery over one them, she has always favored bow and arrows – being a long to mid-range fighter most of her. However don’t get it twisted, as her swordsmanship and other close range feats are just as dangerous.

Body Seals
Mirabelle's knowledge and training with Fuinjutsu has allowed her to place certain seals on herself. These seals each have their own purpose and effect; allowing her to have a wide variety of options at her disposal. The first of these seals are a set that is located in the mouth of Mirabelle, known as Sealing Art: Dragon Slayer Magic, the second is located on her clothes and her arm known as Sealing Art: Mimicry Destruction Seal, the third is Internal Alchemy Sealing: Way of the Koi, appearing at the back of her neck. The fourth is located on her wrist called Sealing Technique: Howling Phantom Swords and the fifth, she has Sealing Arts: Wonder Guard applied to her whole body. She has a minor seal on her palm in which she can summon and desummon her bow, Empress Dragon Bow. She has specialized triggers set to certain seals, with the four horseman seal.

Description: Before the battle the user will have places 5 basic seals in their mouth/throat in preparation. Each of these seals will represent one of the 5 basic elements. In battle, when the user is about to be hit by one of the the 5 basic elements they will perform one handseal activating one of the chosen seals in their mouth as they breath in. In doing so, the element of the seal they activated will be sucking in and sealed into the seal in the users mouth. Much like how Jiraiya sealed Amaterasu. After having sealed the element, the user can then perform one handseal releasing that element from their mouth back at their opponent, in the form of a blast of that chosen element with no shape to it. An exampe of this jutsu would be if the opponent use a B rank fireball, just when it's about to hit the user, he will perform one handseal, activating the seal as he breathes in, as he does, the fireball will be sealed into the seal in the users mouth, without hurting the user. The user could then perform another handseal releasing the fireb back at the opponent as one big blast, the fireball would still be B rank. When the seal is activated, a mass of chakra is released out of the users mouth at high speed, similar to when jiraiya sealed amaterasu in a scroll, but faster. The element would be drawn into this chakra and sealed into the seal in the users mouth.

Description: Created primarily to guard the user against gentle fist users, before battle the user will apply this seal to their body, which will create tiny barriers around each of their chakra points which lie dormant until triggered. When any amount of foreign chakra interrupts the flow of chakra between one chakra point to the next, the seals will absorb the foreign chakra and, If the opponent is touching the user, spit it back out at the opponents nearest chakra point, instead closing one of theirs and causing a brief stun that results in the opponent needing to spend 10 more chakra to use techniques for the next two turns due to the strain this puts on them. This technique can guard up to B rank Elemental techniques and up to A rank techniques of non elemental chakra

Description: The user after placing a unique version of the lightning blade creation seal on his body. Will perform two handseals before clapping his hands. Activating a powerful sealing jutsu on his body that allows him to summon a grand armory of weapons from his body at any point. Once activated the sealing technique remains able to summon and replace destroyed weapons from the users body. The weapons summoned can be hugely varied basic weapons of the users choice and when summoned will hover around his body within a 5 meter radius being controlled by his hand gestures in a similar fashion to the floating ninja tools jutsu. These weapons carry a static damage property of D rank damage each and the user is capable of having up to six weapons summoned at any one time. If destroyed another weapon can be summoned in it's place, upon summoning the weapons initially appear somewhat ethereal before forming completely, while this is only momentary it prevents the weapons just popping up in mid air with no forewarning. Essentially this jutsu gives the user a unique ability to have weapons readily available to him at any point. This jutsu is the cornerstone of the phantom swords techniques. These weapons are formed from raw chakra focused in a similar fashion to the rasengan making them capable of competing with elemental jutsu equally when released they are raw chakra which the user focuses causing the slight delay.

Description: This sealing technique is a rather simple acting one able to be created during battle, or prior to, using a seal with the word "Revoke" either on paper or somewhere on one’s body. The seal will remain dormant until the enemy’s chakra makes contact with it, thus triggering its activation. If this seal is used against an enemy technique, the moment the technique comes into contact with the seal, it will cease as it is absorbed into the seal, and immediately afterwards a barrier is released from the user as it spreads to the ends of mid range with the user as its epicentre at all times. This barrier carries special chakra/energy blocking properties that focuses on the foreign source first used to activate the technique launched by the target. Once in the barrier the target is restricted by the barrier's blocking properties, restricting them from using the same type of energy absorbed, now unable to use techniques of that same type S rank and below. For example; if used on a suiton technique, it would hinder the target from molding their water chakra while in the barreir. Only elemental and energy based techniques can be registered and absorbed by this seal, and the technique in question can be no bigger than five meters in diameter in order to be absorbed. All divided, but similar, target foreign chakra sources, like clones, also succumb to the barrier's properties while in its realm. This doesn't block jutsu coming from outside the barrier just seals the element within.

Description: This is one of the Hayabusa’s most advanced Neidan techniques. This is one of the non-traditional techniques created by Reborn after mastering both fuinjutsu and Neidan. This technique makes use of Dragon Chakra’s inability of being sealed and extends this affect to the user and their techniques. The process for this sealing technique requires the user to first train and store up a large amount of their Dragon Chakra into a single point of their body (similar to Tsunade’s Yin Sealing technique). The focal point for the seal will form a unique symbol that resembles a black and white koi fish circling each other like the Yin-Yang symbol. The second part of this technique is the actual activation of the technique. The user will activate one half of the seal or one “koi” and apply one of the following affects.

Black Koi: The black koi seal resembles a black koi fish with white eyes, whiskers, and a white circle on its head. This half of the koi seal applies to the user’s being. By activating this technique, the user coats their entire body in their Dragon Chakra and thusly become completely immune to sealing techniques. Seals that have been applied to the user will disappear from existence and all future attempts to seal the user in any way will inevitably fail. This includes barriers and other methods that fall into the category that would otherwise seal the user or prevent them from using techniques and abilities due to being or having been sealed or suppressed. The major drawback to this technique is that this technique also erases any self-imposed sealing techniques that are dormant or active. Hayabusa Dragon Chakra is indiscriminate between native and foreign chakra sealing techniques. The second drawback is that: by using this technique it prevents the use of the other half of this technique. This half of the technique creates a paradox with the other half of the technique in that; this technique erases all seals applied to the user including self-imposed ones. The second half of this seal would be included in this clause. However, because the second seal is also Neidan it cannot have a seal applied to it either thus a paradox occurs. To prevent this paradox, the user uses all the chakra in the seal for this half, which would cause the second half to fade out on its own without actually affecting the technique. When this seal is activated the user’s body from the neck down will be completely engulfed in black. Their sclera will become black as well.

White Koi: The white koi seal resembles a white koi fish with black eyes, whiskers, and a black circle on its head. This half of the Koi seal pertains to the user’s techniques. By activating this technique, the user’s chakra flow increases exponentially due to the chakra from the seal rushing throughout their entire chakra system. This results in every technique used after the activation possessing a significant amount of the user’s Dragon Chakra. The implementation of Dragon Chakra will prevent the user’s techniques from being sealed. This pertains to all non-Neidan techniques and will be maintained for a period of 400 chakra used by the user. This does not prevent sealing techniques from being applied to the user that would prevent certain types of techniques like the previous half of the technique. However once a technique is used with this half of the technique activated, it cannot be sealed or blocked by barriers or other methods of sealing. Because of the exponential flow increase every non-Neidan technique would have additional chakra added to it (+20) which would inevitably cause the jutsu to end quicker as every technique will use more chakra than necessary. This is an unavoidable consequence of the technique in exchange for its other benefits.

Note: The black koi seal will remain active until otherwise deactivated. Once deactivated the technique cannot be used again for the duration of the match.
Note: The white koi seal will remain active until the chakra cap is depleted or otherwise deactivated. However, if the technique is deactivated before the chakra is depleted the white koi can be re-activated (turn cost) with the chakra cap being where the user last had it when the justu was deactivated.
Note: Only one half of the seal can be used per match: the black koi requires all of the chakra stored in the seal and erases the white koi. Since all the chakra in the seal is required for the black koi, using the white koi even minimally will prevent the black half.
Note: when using the black koi users are unable to use non-Neidan techniques above S-rank.
Note: To learn this technique the user must have completed Fuinjutsu and be Jounin rank (by the clan's rank).



[Fuuinjutsu: Shi Kishu no Keiji] - Sealing Technique: Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse

Description: This seal is essentially one that can be applied to other seals placed on the user’s body, clothes/armour, weapons or person prior to a battle (must be stated in a biography). Seals which otherwise lie dormant but must be manually activated can instead be given a specific trigger from one of the choices below. The seal retains it’s capability to be activated manually but will now be capable of being triggered automatically if the necessary requirement is fulfilled. Only one of the below “trigger seals” can be applied per technique, meaning a technique cannot be given multiple triggers lest they clash or conflict.

Horseman of War: If a seal has this script applied to it, it will activate whenever something moving at a certain speed (3x the user's current speed or higher) comes within five meters of the seal. It will passively activate the seal this is applied to once this condition is met. The seal can sense this as there is constantly an invisible and intangible barrier of pure chakra that encompasses the area short-range around the user (that doesn't interact with techniques whatsoever). When anything "breaches" this barrier, not only will the user be notified where it entered from but the seal this has been applied to will activate if the aforementioned trigger requirement is met.

Horseman of Famine: If a seal has this script applied to it, it will activate whenever a foreign chakra or energy technique is injected into the user’s body. The seal is capable of sensing disturbances in the user’s chakra or rather the entry of foreign entities into their chakra system. When this happens, this seal will activate the technique this was applied to. Unlike Pestilence, this seeks to work solely on Genjutsu and similar abilities that attempt to affect the user’s body through the injection of chakra. This trigger seal can only be placed on seals that are on the user's body.

Horseman of Pestilence: If a seal has this script applied to it, it will activate whenever foreign chakra or energy technique enters the immediate vicinity of the seal (within one-meter). The seal can sense this as there is constantly an “invisible mist” of chakra surrounding the area around the seal. The mist doesn’t interact with techniques whatsoever as its just pure, unmolded chakra. When any foreign chakra or energy makes contact with this blanket of chakra, the seal this was applied to will activate passively. This technique will not be triggered by Genjutsu techniques as they do not travel through the mist on induction but rather manifest the chakra inside of the user's body.

Horseman of Death: The simplest in it's trigger but arguably the most powerful, this sealing script will allow the seal this is applied to activate automatically upon the user's death. The mechanism by which this is triggered is identical to that of the canon technique Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique. This trigger seal can only be placed on seals that are on the user's body.

Items of Note
Mirabelle is known to carry around a wide assortment of items with her, mostly to be used in combat when needed. These range from the basics of ninja tools, to her own unique form of explosive tags. She also is almost always with her unique bow known Enki. She also has a pair of leg weights around her ankles while having a unique wrist crossbow used got Trick Archery. She has the specially made arrows from them also located in her quiver and ninja pouch. She also has a unique sword by the name of Bongseon, a yin/yang themed sword she inherent from her mother. She also has three golden elixirs, each sealed up with 100 chakra each. She also carries her unique bow, the Empress Dragon Bow alongside its unique quiver.

(Kougou Doragon Yumi ) Empress Dragon Bow

Description: The Empress Dragon bow, a powerful bow that was handcrafted by Mirabelle Hayabusa. Her desire to create a weapon that suites her combat prowess as an archer allowed her to create this weapon. Through the assistance of her mentor, Paradox, a very cryptic weapons master – she was able to finally establish and create a bow that surpassed any of her previous weaponry. The bow itself is rather basic in design – being a sleek black coloration,having a somewhat glass like finish to it . The quiver associated with the bow rests on her hip usually but can be used in any fashion she desired such as on her back. The bow’s design is strong enough to resist one S rank attack or two A ranks before shattering to another technique afterwards. The bow itself is highly focused with its design of combining fuinjutsu and archery into one. These can be found below, with some of it revolving the bow itself and the quiver tied in.

Empress Dragon’s Armament (N/A) – Considered the most basic ability of the bow, is passive in nature and doesn’t require a move slot. Located on the bow and within the quiver are two seals, modified version of the “Lightning Blade Creation Seal”. Upon the user taking an arrow out from the quiver, it is immediately replaced with another in order to keep the user’s arsenal of arrows continuously filled. This allows the user to summon forth any kind of arrow she has access towards, though the quiver itself utilizes unique arrows as well. These unique arrows are adaptive by nature – meaning that they are capable of transforming into any kind of arrow the user might need in combat. This includes special arrows for custom fighting styles etc those allowing for the user to complete have access to their arsenal to the fullest capacity. This also extends to techniques that create chakra based arrows, causing adaptive arrows to absorb the chakra nature of the user and transforming into the needed arrow while the bow itself acts as the chakra bow if any is needed to be formed. The other seal is located on the bow itself, allowing the user to seal and unseal the bow into the palm if needed or to put away when not in use or to avoid someone trying to steal it. This doesn’t cost a move as well, though most at least be within ten meters of the weapon to do so.

Empress Dragon’s Enhancement Fang (N/A) – The secondary and final passive of the bow, located on the golden accents of the bow. This is an empowerment, with a seal that is passively activated each time the user utilizes a technique or skill from the bow. The seal passively siphons an additional amount of chakra from the user (+10) in order to enhance the strength of the bow and arrow. This acts as a means to increase the damage of these techniques by +1 rank or +20 DMG for techniques S rank and above in power.

Empress Dragon’s Comet (D – S) – The first active ability of the bow, in which utilizes a seal marked “energize”. Upon preparing to fire an arrow, the user can activate this seal – which causes an elemental nature or other nature transformation the user has access towards to be released. The seal then infuses the bow with said elemental nature, creating a coating around it. Once the arrow is released it soars through the skies at the intended target. The coating causes the arrow to gain the elemental properties of the chosen nature, that when striking them will react in a way the element normally does (such as fire burning the opponent, lightning shocking the opponent) etc. This can also be applied to Custom Elements or Advanced Elements. D to B rank can be used any amount of times per battle, while A rank can only be used thrice and S rank twice. A rank causes this technique to go on cooldown for two turns before utilizing it again while S rank causes this same cooldown but for three turns instead. Emperor Dragon’s Empowerment damage increase doesn’t apply to this ability. These arrows are fired up to long range, with the coatings being applied at a short range.

Empress Dragon’s Divine Protection (A) - [Pestilence Applied]The second active ability of the bow, the user is capable of activating a seal marked as “protection ” on the bow . By activating the seal, a spherical barrier of chakra will immediately form around the user (up to short range). This barrier is laced with sealing scrip all around it, that once foreign chakra comes into contact with it – the barrier forcefully seals the technique into the seal. Once this is done, the barrier collapses afterwards. This ability can only seal chakra/techniques up to A rank (30 Chakra) but cannot be used on living creatures unless it’s a chakra made familiar. Can only be used thrice per battle, with a cool down of three turns.


(Kurokiba) Black Fang
Kurokiba, or commonly known as “Black Fang” is a specialized nodachi. A special weapon known as a “Harmonic Ninja Tool”, this weapon came into Mirabelle’s possession during a training mission in the Lightning Mountains. The blade is pitch black in coloration, with a red and black hilt and matching black scabbard. The blade harmonized with Mirabelle immediately on touch, which allowed her the ability to harness a unique element known as Black Lightning. This allowed her to weave the element to life without the need of a source, using it on par as an Apex Handseal Specialist, simply needing to swing the nodachi in order to release and create techniques. She carries it with her at all times, being a secondary weapon alongside her bow or Bongseon.

(Jūhō Kibaku Fuda) Heavy Artillery Exploding Tag

Description: A heavy-duty version of the standard issue paper bomb, this exploding tag has substantially more power than a regular exploding tag, and is generally used in heavy demolition. Other than being .5 inches longer than a regular exploding tag and with the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” in the middle, they cannot be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance. These exploding tags can be used in place of weaker ones in jutsu involving them.

Description: Keotsu's legendary blade Mythos has been with him through trials and tribulations of all sorts; and in turn, Keotsu has used his strength to help his friends through their own challenges. The strength Keotsu could offer was always limited, though, as so many of his teachings were made with his own blade in mind. This technique allows others to use Mythos, when they normally could not. Because Mythos is tied to Keotsu's soul, he will perform a small ritual with one that Keotsu is incredibly close to: Keotsu will place Mythos in its entirety atop one of his brothers-in-arms' weapons, and coat it in an incredibly thin layer of the Mythril that Mythos is made of. In this action, Keotsu accepts this person into his soul, marking them as someone of great importance to him. This imparts the weapon with all the abilities of Mythos, except for the ability to change shape, the original ability that Mythos possessed in its form of "Mikomi", long, long ago.
*Note: Cannot be used in battle. The purpose of this technique is to allow others to be able to use Mythos.
*Note: True to the blade, if a piece of Mythos is ever used against Keotsu, this technique will "deactivate", and that person will be as if they could not have used Mythos in the first place.
*Note: Those who Keotsu teaches "Brother" will be able to use (Ten'notsurugi: Mythos, Jinsei no Sāberu) Astrum Sword: Mythos, Vita Saber with all of its abilities, except the ability to change shape.

(Waidan) Golden Elixir x3

Description: The Golden Elixir, also called the Elixir of Immortality is a fabled elixir that is said to grant one immortality. Jo Hayabusa created a concoction in his youth and named it after the fabled elixir. The concoction is a mixture of herbs and soil from Owatatsumi, the blood of the Hayabusa, and the combination of a Hayabusa’s chakra from all three dantian. The result is a fogless, blood red elixir that augments a Hayabusa’s Neidan techniques when touched or ingested. This elixir is stored within a sealed container that, when released, causes the chakra stored within it to overflow back into the user. This elixir increase the strength of a Hayabusa’s Neidan techniques through increasing the chakra output of their techniques.

Note: This elixir can be created by jounin ranked shinobi and higher. Dragon and Head Ninja can carry two elixirs while master ninja can carry three. All elixirs must be posted in one’s bios.
Note: Making the elixir happens outside of battle and requires the user to sacrifice a fixed amount of their chakra. For example, if a user makes 2 elixirs that contain 100 chakra each, then their default chakra capacity at the beginning of battles and/or events is 200 less than what it would normally be. This is a result of the user sealing that fixed amount inside their elixir. No elixir can contain more than 300 chakra.
Note: When an elixir is used, the chakra from the elixir adds to the user’s Neidan techniques every time they are used (by increments of 10) until the chakra is used up. The results of this increases a Neidan technique’s capabilities to match techniques of equivalent chakra.
Note: Hayabusa can also utilize the elixir to elongate a Neidan technique’s turn duration by one turn for every 100 chakra points contained in the elixir. However only one elixir can be used to achieve this per battle.
Note: If anybody other than a Hayabusa attempts to use the elixir they will lose chakra equivalent to what is in the elixir due to their inability to handle the chakra of the dantian.



(Katai Omori) Leg Weights

Description: The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

Shuten Kirigakure - Hayabusa (Deceased) - Mirabelle's mother, a very kind and gentlewoman. Mirabelle had a very close relationship with her, which really impacted her life growing up.

(Sandāu~ēbu ) - Thunderwave

Description: Thunderwave is a basic chest plate outfitted with a surround sound speaker system, and a microphone. It can be used to play music or make noises more audible than normal similar to a karaoke machine. It is able to produce sound louder than most techniques or the clashing of techniques and can be much louder than the user or opponent can scream. In essence it can act like the (Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique passively at all times being louder and stronger than even that basic technique. It comes pre-loaded with all of the wielder's favorite songs. In battle it can be used to play theme music or it can make the user louder as it has a built in microphone system connected to the speaker system.
The primary use of Thunderwave as mentioned above is the ability to play music with the offshoot of this being the ability to cancel sound waves with sound waves while playing music. This is similar to the Scientific Ninja Tool: Shijima and works like a noise-cancellation speaker. The system can emit a sound wave with the same amplitude but with inverted phase also known as antiphase to the original sound. The waves combine to form a new wave, in a process called interference, and effectively cancel each other out. This effect is called destructive interference and is able to nullify sound techniques in equal rank. The sound can encompass a short - long range area around the user being louder the closer to the user the people who can hear it are and due to this it has a dampening system as to not harm the users ears or cause them any undue problems. It can be fine tuned to look different depending on the wielder's appearance or preference.
Note: Sound techniques can only be canceled once per turn three times per battle.


(Kansō) Requip

Description: Requip is a unique brand of ninja technology namely used for those always on the move. Coming in the form of apparel; the user has the innate ability to have clothing that morphs and changes form in order to suit their needs. Within the fabric of the clothing – there exists specialized ninja technology that controls the strings and thus with the use of chakra can command it to take any form she desires. This can range from shifting from casual wear to combat ready clothing on the fly. It mimics any clothing the user may also have somewhere at home and even the coloration changes as well. This combines two aspects: the Henge no Jutsu and the morphing capabilities of the microfibers but the transformation is permanent until changed again. Transforming the clothing is passive and doesn’t take a move slot however needs – 5 per use to do so. While transforming a bright light is also emitted to prevent others from seeing the transformation until it fully forms if needed.


(Dōgigo) - Semblance

Description: A device resembling a watch that is designed to aid in covert operations involving groups of people. Twisting a dial located along its edge makes it passively take chakra from the holder and link itself remotely with up to eight similar bands. By forming the Seal of Confrontation in any position, the wearer and anyone linked to this device can transmit a mental command to it and have the Transformation technique passively applied to them. They appear to flicker for an instant when assuming their disguises instead of being covered in a puff of smoke. Regardless of the user’s skill with transformation, the result is so intricate it is impossible to tell it apart from the real thing. This device maintains the transformations itself so getting injured will not cancel them. Transformations applied by Semblance do not cost a move except when multiple people transform in the same timeframe. In that case it will cost just one move and remain passive.

(Kyuu-tsuki) - September

Description: September is a small orb-like self-sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, or senjutsu chakra. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi. The battery has two capabilities called charge and drain. Charge allows a shinobi to draw chakra from the battery or apply it to their techniques and drain allows the battery to draw chakra from a shinobi or their techniques. The battery has a max capacity of two hundred chakra.

Charge: While in direct contact with the battery or while it is on their person a shinobi can passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through contact. It can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out. It allows the shinobi to draw up to two hundred chakra from the battery at a rate of fifty per turn allowing for them to regain chakra or to supply exhausted allies with chakra. It can also be used to provide senjutsu chakra instead of chakra at a quicker rate allowing them to gain ten percent of their chakra as senjutsu chakra but can only be done once usually exhausting the battery. When exhausted the battery is still able to use its drain ability. Alternatively, like the name implies the battery can be used to charge a technique with ten extra chakra providing it a twenty damage boost. This is done in the same timeframe as the augmented technique and can only be done twice with a two-turn cool-down.

Drain: If a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of fifty chakra stolen per turn. The wielder of the battery is also able to instigate this process passively by making direct contact with the opponent allowing them to instigate the process stealing fifty chakra per turn where contact is made. Additionally, through this draining ability, the battery is able to steal ten chakra from a technique causing it to weaken by twenty damage. This is similar to the capabilities of the Scientific Ninja Tool: ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm on a much lower and more basic scale. Where that can absorb entire jutsu this battery can only absorb ten chakra storing it in the battery. This portion of the drain ability will cost a move slot, can only be used once per turn and only twice per battle.

Description: With the arrival of the God Child, the people pray for a blessed and auspicious future. They look forward with open eyes and a clear heart, hopeful for peace one day. It is a small broach with a blue diamond housed within the center of a gold inlaid metallic surface, no more than a few inches wide. Its origins are mysterious, appearing in the hands of those who fought bravely against a foe of primordial origins and only after a new star has been born. Those that hold it are imbued with a great sense of honor and duty, feeling hope for a better tomorrow. The artifact can be used three times in total. When used the user’s chakra reserves will be replenished by 25% and they gain increased travel speed in the Ninja World for five turns, reducing travel time by 25 minutes. While it is active their passive health regeneration in the Ninja World will be increased by 15 health per day, up to a maximum of 60 regenerated health. Note that this healing can only be used outside of combat and is done passively alongside the basic Ninja World Health regeneration. Once it has been used three times the artifact will go dark, becoming useless. Though it might be prudent to hold onto it, even after its purpose has been fulfilled as it might hold other mysteries. This does not count as a battle-based Artifact.
