Itachi already made it clear that None Of Orochimaru's attack will work.You underestimate the Solo Glance.

Rashonmon is a defense technique.And the other technique you posted fails cause the Sharingan can see chakra even if its underground.Hence Sasuke literally telling Deidera that in their battle.

They may start to believe he's unbeatable,and rely on him for everything.For example,by him saying he wants to kill everyone in Konoha they would feel that Sasuke has the confidence/power to be able to take out All of Konoha.

He deosn't want them depending on him for everything - thats my guess.But its more plausible to believe Sasuke could beat a full powered Orochimaru than not.Considering that flashback he showed him and the words both Itachi and himself said.
