By the time Shunsui & Nanao defeat the Chicken God and scene switches back to Gerard, he will have offpaneled most of Shinji's group, in true Kubo fashion. The only ones left standing will be Shinji, Urahara and maybe Momo.

Basically, here's the secret to defeating Elites: don't be trained by Squad 0. :sdo:

I kinda like that idea, even though off-paneling sucks most of the time. He has too many people in that scene anyways and focuses on a few characters.

He's fighting way to many characters in a point where the villains actually get some wins for them to all go down on screen. Depending on whateverhis powers are, i'm guessing he'l take out Momo or Renji offscreen, but i don't see anyone else going down that easily.
