[Mini Dude]

Joshua Drake slinks through the battlefield trying to look as inconspicuous as possible. Somehow he has managed to enter into this tournament even though he has no qualifications and absolutely zero training. Why he would even want to fight a ninja without knowing anything about battle is unknown but for some ludicrous reason he continues. As he approaches Keji he nervously mutters,
"My name is Drake... The highest ranked jutsu I know is... well... the basic E Rank that literally everyone knows..."
As Drake talks his voice only gets quieter and harder to hear. While telling Keji this he realizes that none of the techniques he knows are damaging, he will only be able to evade the opponent and perhaps make them run out of chakra before him. He nervously stands there waiting for a response, hoping no one will call him out.

Deku stepped onto the rough terrain. In the trees he could see his opponent and Keji. Deku was hype for his first fight. It was all happening so fast. Maybe in a year he would be stronger, but now he had to worry on his opponent. He jogged over to his opponent. He looked at his blue hair and blue apparel. He looked into Drake's eyes. He was ready to fight him. He looked at Drake with respect as he knew this would be a great battle.He placed his arms at his waist anxious for the battle to start.

Seeing the two young shinobi in front of him Keji smiles, Alrighty you both are able to use C-ranked jutsu. No killing blows as this is a spar if either of you try I will intervene and the user of said jutsu will be DQ'd. With that being said...BEGIN! Keji vanishes from sight.

 

[Mini Dude]

As Drake looks towards his opponent his notices his determination. He begins to realize that this was going to be an awesome battle. Ready to start off his journey he nods towards Deku, "Good luck," as he finishes saying this he claps his hands together releasing a vortex of water that races towards his opponent.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.
