I first learned about this game from SeaNanners. For those of you who don't know about SeaNanners, he's a YouTuber who uploads videos about various videogames. He's awesome O^O
Anyway, Minecraft is even more awesome!! It's very difficult to describe... But it's a game about building blocks, building structures, building tools, building shelters, and avoiding zombies. The environment is randomly generated each round, so no two games are the same. You're only limited in what you can do by your imagination.
Right now, the game is in alpha testing, and it's got a large following. You can buy the alpha now for I believe 9.95 euros - or about $14 - and get all future versions of the game for free. And it's got multiplayerrrrrr
