Also Tsunade's yin seal is a minds eye. It connects her to Katsuyu, Katsuyu is one of the best, if not the best sensors in the naruto verse, she could still detect the latent ninetails chakra.
And Tsunade shown she would sense everything in the leaf village, and seen that Kakashi was dead.
Also Tsunade senses are amplified, she can hear ones heart best from a distance.

Pretty sure? Like one hundred percent sure XD Ik what you're saying but sometimes we can't rely on Madara or Obito we can only leave these things to what Kishi decides to build the plot on currently or later retcon the whole thing whenever he feels. But evidence from Kakashi state there is a connection from Hyuuga's Byakugan to Sharingan and it was the Elder son who had dojutsu-Sage's Eyes.
