How the technique is performed:
(In a battle where i fight against a Samurai that is running up to me with his sword, we are mid range away from each other, and the Samurai is trying to get into short range and hit me with his sword.)
I gather up some of my chakra, then i merge it with the opponent's chakra, my chakra flows in the enemy's body and infiltrates into his eyes chakra and disturbs it. After doing so i gain the ability to disturb and manipulate the enemy's sense of vision and everything related to it, so i choose to manipulate the enemy's sense of direction, so i create in my mind an image of a straight line then i remove it and replace it with a rounded line, i take the image and put it in some chakra, then i send the chakra to the one in the enemy's head, and automatically the straight and rounded lines trick applies to the enemy's sense of direction which effects his movements so he sees his foe standing in front of him, and he tries to reach him but he fails to because he's actually running in circles around his foe.
What senses the Genjutsu affects and how it affects them:
Vision.
How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack:
I'd take the advantage of the mere simple fact that the enemy is running in circles and do some handseals and attack him with a one hit kill jutsu.
In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all (With reasoning):
(In a battle where i fight against a Samurai that is running up to me with his sword, we are mid range away from each other, and the Samurai is trying to get into short range and hit me with his sword.)
I'd use the technique in a situation like this, or in a NW event.

( Genjutsu: Jinmon ) - Illusion Technique: Interrogation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: The user of this technique, upon casting on a stationary opponent with physical contact with them, is able to convince the enemy to give away information. However, this will only work on ninja two ranks lower and below than the caster.

Sadly this technique has absolutely no use in the battle arena and has incredibly limited used in even the ninja world. I will not explain it much but I will explain what in does in general understanding. The technique simply makes the opponent give away valuable information by convincing the opponent that you are someone that the opponent can trust. Basically in the context of our RP, information cannot be given out like that in straight forward understanding. And in the battle arena information of this sort is essentially useless. It above that requires you to have physical contact and be in short range. I would not use this technique, if it is attempted then Nagashi is the basic counter.

It's presumed that all illusions should be able to work on clones but this is a highly debated issue. But the clone can always disperse itself whenever it wants so it's a waste of time using it on a clone.

How the technique is performed:
I execute the jutsu by sanding some of my chakra to the opponenet's body and merge it with their own chakra, the i control the chakra and cause it to flow peacefully with other chakra and until it reaches the enemy's head, then it begins disturbing his chakra, by doing so the chakra infiltrates into his brain and begins damaging some of his brain cells, then i connect my mind with the chakra in the enemy's head and connect the incomplete info that i have, which i wanna complete, so when the enemy's mind remembers the memories from the info that i gave it, it remembers instantly some memories related to what happens before and after the memories that o gave it, after doing so i use some chakra to force the enemy to spell everything he knows about said information.
>_>
<_<
What senses the Genjutsu affects and how it affects them: None.
How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack:
While "investigating" the enemy my clone would attack him, but would i do that?
In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all (With reasoning):
I won't.

( Genjutsu: Jigoku Gouka ) - Illusion Technique: Hell Fire
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion where the opponent sees a huge ball of fire descending from the sky and enveloping its target.

A genjutsu can't really get more basic then this. The user of the technique simply affects the opponent's vision. This technique keep in mind only affects the opponent's vision then they can be overcome with the fact that they are enveloped in fire which can cause some mental distress but it does not cause the opponent to feel like they are burning so it does not do that much mental damage, or enough mental damage to cause an opponent to faint. You will simply make an image of a fire ball above the opponent and it will seem as though the fire ball is coming from above. You can analyze this as a genjutsu by first questioning how the fire can randomly appear in the sky, as fire needs to be generated somehow. This will give you room to follow up with this as the reason it is an illusion because the fire originated without a physical source. After that, you can just stab yourself and break out. Use this technique mainly to make your opponent look up to distract them from possible attacks from below.

How the technique is performed:
I gather up some of my chakra, then i merge it with my enemy's chakra and make it negatively effect his eyes' chakra flow, then as i connect the chakra with my mind, i create an image of a huge fireball in my imagination, then i send some chakra to mid air, and connect all the chakra's with my mind and use chkra manipulation to cause the enemy to see a huge fireball in the mid air (where i sent the chakra). So as i manipulate his common sense with my illusion i cause the illusionary image of fire to fall on him, as i do, he believe that fire is going to burn him and kill him, but that's not going to happen, and even if he was hit by the illusion he would receive a small damage, and my fall for some seconds.
What senses the Genjutsu affects and how it affects them:
Sight.
How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack:
While making the enemy believe that the fire ball is falling on him and burning him, i can wave some hand-seals to finish him off with a strong jutsu.
In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all (With reasoning):
I have a good plan; In order to use Kirin i'd use the required fire technique and cause some changes to the weather, so when i exhale the fire ball and send it to the sky, i'd activate the Ganjutsu by making my foe believe that i use some sort of a fire technique that turns into a huge fireball after sending fire to the sky, therefor, he won't be able to know that it's a Genjustu using the questioning method you told me about, however, even if he managed to counter my attack, there's a small chance of him knowing that i started my preparations to finish him off with a Kirin.

( Genjutsu: Kasumi no Jutsu ) - Illusion Technique: Mist Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates an illusionary clone that charges towards the enemy, jumps, then explodes in a cloud of cherry blossom petals which results in confusing the opponent and obscuring their vision, leaving them open for attack.

Another genjutsu that manipulates the opponent's vision. This genjutsu's basic action is to cause the opponent to believe that you have made a clone. The clone is obviously a figment of their imagination that you make them see.The clone then begins to run toward the opponent and jumps up into the air. Up until this point, the clone has done no strange actions. A such, the illusion should not be able to be easily discerned unless you physically test the clone by throwing a kunai at it and seeing if it passes through, or if you have a visual technique you can see the difference or you can sense the difference with sensing abilities. This is a great technique to use to trick your opponent into believing that you made a shadow clone or a great technique to combine with shadow clone jutsu to blend the illusion in with the real clones. But obviously you have to make sure that you know the opponent doesn't have a way to easily just break out of it. Once the clone gets close to the opponent you manipulate their vision further to cause the clone to explode and blind and confuse them with cherry blossoms. You can use this as a moment to attack. Because of the tricky nature of the technique since shadow clones are so common, you can analyze this technique by just exploiting the fact that the clone is an illusion and will just pass through physical objects. The once you determine that, you can break out.

How the technique is performed:
I gather up some of my chakra and send it to the opponent's body and make it flow with his/her own pure chakra, then i make it travel through the body and head for the enemy's brain, then my chakra splits and merges with the enemy's eyes' chakra and with the brain's chakra and disturbs their flow and stability, then I use more chkara to create a nonphysical (I don't know if i can call it a metaphysical) link between my mind and the opponent's. After doing so, I begin spreading some charka around my body in order to copy it's shape and create an image of myself, then I use my imagination to change the properties of my imagined clone and turn it to a clone of cherry blossom petals, and after ding so, I use my imagination to make the clone run straight toward an enemy, jump into the air, and land on the foe with a sword/Kunai/Taijutsu attack.
After creating the animation, I put these details in a small amount of chakra and send it to the opponent's mind through the chkara link, the enemy's mind automatically understand the illusion and converts them into real visible images and sends them to the opponent's eyes. Then in after some parts of the second, and as I wave a fake unnecessary hand-seal the enemy sees a clone that heads toward him and jumps in the air and lands on him with a certain attack, naturally, in a serious battle situation, the enemy wouldn't think that he's being attacked by a Genjutsu, the technique doesn't have any hints, so the enemy would counter by throwing a Kunai or by using a certain jutsu which'll destroy the clone and then a cloud of cherry blossom petals that only he can see will appear in front of him, blocking his field of vision which i'll give me the opportunity to use another attack and overpower the foe, or run away and hide, and prepare for another technique.
What senses the Genjutsu affects and how it affects them:
Vision.
How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack:
After the explosion of the illusionary clone, and the appearance of the cherry blossom petals cloud, the enemy's vision will be blocked and i'll attack him freely.
In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all:
I would use it in a normal battle situation, and i'll definitely use a fake hand-seal (The one used for the Shadow Clone technique), the opponent wouldn't doubt it.

(Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu) Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique
Type: Supplmentary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description:
The user will do a sequence of 3 handseals, putting his opponents under a double layered Genjutsu. The user is able to create false surroundings to fool his targets, much like the simpler version of the technique. However, the illusion is in fact layered. If the opponent manages to release the first one, he will then feel the effects of the second illusion. If, for example, the first illusion is that of a desert and the second that of a forest, upon releasing the first one, the opponent will see the desert fade away while the forest appears around him, making him think he dispelled the illusion while in essence he is still caught in one. Each illusion is equivalent to C-Rank and both are casted at the same time. While normal releases will release only one illusion at a time, a strong enough pain or an external source of chakra can dispel both at the same time.

This is a basic illusion that affects the way the opponent's sees the terrain. The main sense affected by this technique is sight. You cannot make the opponent feel certain aspects of the terrain such as making the ground rise up around them as that would exceed the capabilities of the technique. Each illusion has a limit to how much it can affect the opponent which is how it creates a certain opening. This technique use is used to manipulate the opponents sight of their surroundings to make it seem like everything around them had changed. Because this is a purely visual technique, an opponent with an eye technique able to see through it or a sensor, can brush it off like its nothing. When this technique is used, because the opponent sees the terrain differently, use it to your advantage to combine it with another attack or move. You can make an earth wall rise up skillfully to hide yourself from your opponents vision. If this is used against you, analyze the changes in terrain to detect whether they are possible or not.

Now, the important thing to remember about this genjutsu is to keep in mind what the first terrain was. For example, if the first terrain was a grassy field, then the illusion puts you in a desert, afterward once you break out of the first illusion you are in a forest, then you obviously know that something is up. Because logically you should be back in the grassy field, so this is one way that you can realize that the terrain has changed. Now there is one way you can ignore the layering completely, and that's by breaking out of both the same time. This is done by a strong enough pain or chakra surge to just break you out completely. You can use the genjutsu breaking guidelines to view ways to break out of it but the most simple way I would say is a stab to a minor muscle after determining the change in terrain. It is not a very useful technique to use personally, but I find it a fun and interesting technique just because you can change the surroundings to make it look like there is no water source, etc, but not much active use.

How the technique is performed:
I begin the technique by gathering up a reasonable amount of my own pure chakra and split it to pieces or part, each part is going to be used for a certain operation which'll help finish the technique and execute it perfectly; So first of all I release some chakra out of my body and spread it around the terrain or the targeted area and cover almost each and every components of the terrain, then I send another part of my chakra to the enemy's body and merge it with the chakra that flows in his/her eyes and disturb it by using my chakra to infiltrate to the enemy's mind and brain and control the path between the brain and the eyes which'll make him see whatever I want him/her to, and then I use another part of the gathered and do the same thing that I did at the beginning and cover the covered area with another layer of spiritual and physical energy. After doing so, the real imagination and intelligence work begins as I clear my mind and imagine a certain natural components and elements and convert them to images that I send the chakra that covers the targeted area and change the image of all the targeted components which (Nonphysically and in an illusion) changes their shape, size, and color and such properties, and when I finish merging imaginary images with the first layer of chakra that covers the targeted area, I do the same thing with the other layer, although I change the components to something completely different from the first layer, and when I finish I take two images of the final outcome of the two illusionary fields and combine them with the chakra in my enemy's head which makes him see illusion everywhere? I make sure I place them in his mind one after another to make him/her fall in another illusion even after breaking from the first one.
What senses the Genjutsu affects and how it affects them:
Sight.
How the Genjutsu creates an opening for the attack:
It actually creates a good opening, I obviously would attack with a strong technique to overpower my enemy while letting them think and try to realize whether if they were in a Genjutsu or if they were attacked by some sort of a Teleporting technique.
In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all (With reasoning):
For RP purposes apparently, this illusion is easy to expose, and if I was to make the foe believe that there is no water source, i'd probably use the simple version of this technique since it doesn't require a lot of chakra and it only changes from small parts of the terrain which can't be spotted easily.

( Konoha-Ryū: Yanagi ) - Leaf Ninja Art: Willow
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 35
Description: The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.

A technique that takes advantage of the opponent's vision to distort how they perceive the natural world around them. The technique takes advantage of a simple waving motion to resemble a willow tree in the wind. The illusion basically works without hand seals but you do need to do the waving motion with your sword. When you wave the sword back and froth, alter the opponent's vision to make it seem as though there are multiple arms waving around in front of them. They will lose track of where you really are, which will give you the space to attack them with the opening that is creating. You can use this jutsu with a wind technique that enhances you blade so can increase the potency of your attacks. One thing to keep in mind is that this jutsu only goes up to short range so you must get close to your target. You can realize this a genjutsu either by figuring out why the multiple arms are appearing through reasoning or by chakra sensing which is the obvious one. Then just stab yourself to break out of it.

How the technique is performed:
I gather up a fair amount of my spiritual and physical energies and split it to different parts like the usual, each part of the chakra shall be used for a certain part of the operation. So I begin by disturbing the enemy's chakra that flows between his eyes and take control over the path between his eyes and his visual area at the back of his brain which gives me the ability to manipulate it smoothly.
After doing so, I create a certain animated situation in my mind which contains a willow and it's movements in a windy weather, I copy the movements of the tree (the movements only) and put it in another part of the gathered chakra, as I do, I grab my Katana using my right hand and wave it back and forth, meanwhile I use more chakra to copy the movements of my hand while swinging the sword. I merge the two part of chakra in which I have placed the two different movements, then I create an image in my imagination that shows multiple images of my own arm grabbing the Katana. Then I use the copied movements to make the numerous arms swing the sword like I did in a way that looks like a willow tree blowing in the wind, then I put this outcome in the last part of chakra and send it to the chakra that flows in my enemy's body, newly added chakra flows with the other chakra and reaches the visual area at the back of the foe's head which is controlled by my other chakra, then I convert the chakra to the image that contains the movements of the numerous hands and the swords, and heads toward the foes eyes which makes him see the created illusion after seeing me wave my Katana back and forth, and so he sees the illusion and i get to attack him freely.
What senses the Genjutsu affects and how it affects them: Sight.
How the Genjutsu creates an opening for the attack:
With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.
In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all (With reasoning):
I guess I would only use this to get away from a dangerous enemy in the NW because the technique is easy to expose however since it's used against short ranged targets I'll be able to attack them before they can use Kai or cut themselves to release the technique.

( Genjutsu: Ingemame Ketsugō Sakkaku ) - Illusion Technique String Bean Binding Illusion
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: Similar to Illusion Technique: Tree Binding Death, where the user first disappears, while the target sees several bean vines growing from the ground. These vines bind the target body, lifting them into the air. Then a bean pod rises from the ground to reveal the user, ready to strike. In reality, the opponent is immobilized by the illusion, allowing the user to strike.

A illusion that affects the opponents vision but this one also affects the opponent's sense of touch. The latter is the most important for this illusion to work. The illusion causes the opponent to believe that there are vines that rise out of the ground and ensnare the opponent. This illusion actually manipulates the opponent's sense of touch and cause them to believe that they are trapped in the vines. This is a great illusion to use in order to stop your opponent from attack. It is a solid genjutsu if used carefully and strategically, but not a great genjutsu if it is just spammed. The illusion will essentially allow you to stop the opponent and create a opening for an attack. Break out if it quickly because after it wraps around you, it'll be hard to break out. So stab yourself as soon as you see it come up. But you have state the reason for which you believe it is a genjutsu and that completely depends on the opponent's usage.
