Remember Minato's jutsu that he intended to use against Obito? What it does has finally been revealed in the storm revolution game as his grab, awakening jutsu, and ultimate jutsu.

I was sort of right in my prediction on what it'd be.

And before you guys say "it's not cannon" there is no cannon attached to this, so, as far as I'm concerned, without the Michael Bay effected ransengans, this is what it does, and most likely was oversaw by Kishi since he dropped the usage of this jutsu in the manga.
