Well i don't think it's FTG for the sole reason that if it was the case, Kishimoto would have showed the marking as an evidence that Minato used said marking to teleport, something that he obviously didn't do in latest chapter. If the marking really came back as you claim, don't you think Kishimoto would have made an emphasis on it?

1. Technical drawing plan & maps do indicate the actual distance, direction (NSEW).
But for manga of any other picture draw to size.
Maybe someone can take a photo of yourself and measure the height or length, using the photo.
2. Could Minato able to see, here and knew, what was Kakashi doing, at (est) just ~100m away.
3. Minato could ftg to Kakashi, ASSUME Kakashi still have his kunai.
Kakashi could see where Obito was, because of having Obito eye.

That kunai is just as useful as ordinary ones because Kakashi can't use it. Why would he bring that to the battlefield? Have we seen that kunai when the manga started (excluding the flashback)?

While it's true that it's not that accurate to use drawings to solve distances, but if we base it on how big Susanoo and Hachibi and how small they are looking top view then we can safely say that Minato covered a distance of not smaller than 200m.

It's possible that he covered that distance. 611m is roughly 2000ft and knowing how big Hachibi and Susanoo are, it's most likely true. Minato can blitz anyone within 200m faster than anyone raising it's finger...

1 thousand => 1k = 1000.

1 thousand meters = 1 Kilo-meter.

therefore 611 thousand meters = 611 kilo-meters

And also ten times that makes it 6110 kilo-meters and not 61.1 km smh
