I just noticed that jutsu he never got to use against jj obito is his level 2 ninjutsu in storm

Would that attack have landed in the manga if he did get to use it?

Edit: also did it live up to the all the hype Minato gave it?

Datebook said he was tried to use it against Obito and failed, to make matters worse is that he erase the ftg mark from his body.

It would not work. Minato ftg moves are just warping to different Kunai knives at a time, you're not gonna see anything so different.
