Minato's s/t jutsu vs Tobi's s/t jutsu

Minatos ftg is slightly faster. However, Tobi's s/t doesn't require any seals so he can use it without any preps and more freely.

Overall, Tobi's one is better especially when used in sync with his intangibility.

Tobis. With his s/t your not limited to seals and developing and effective counter to tobi's s/t is really difficult. we have yet for anyone even close to effectively countering tobis s/t
