well in a battle ftg is probably better just because of the speed and we hardly see tobi teleport that much as he uses his ghost mode more but even if minato said tobis surpasses his and the 2nds its more to do with the user like zetsu said, a stone can beat a shurikan if under the right person so yeah all round tobis is better but minato has shown to be able to beat it
like tobi wouldnt dare to use his teleport against v2 raikage as he would get owned but minato can

Tobi has more mobility because he isn't limited to seal's which is why his is superior.

However, If feat's of speed then FTG is Superior.

I agree, ppl act as though Minato has control over wtf he says, go figure, but I agree with you, tobi's is more superior in that he can choose where he wants to go instantly, you'll have a hard time predicting where he's coming from, but Minato's is faster, and if I'm not mistaken his seals can creep around on their own, and can be set up in advance.

If minato knew more on the workings of kamui then tobi definitely would have died. Tobi's is a better s/t overall, but in battle between ninja's of similar caliber, I think the one with ftg would win more often than not if it came down to purely s/t jutsu. Minato may even be able to warp out of tobi's dimension.

it just depends how you see it.

In speed, minato's S/T sure is superior, it is basically instant because he just teleports to the marked place.
But ninjas are known for assassination, obito have a better S/T to go in and out without getting noticed, he can also assassinate anyone.He could have secretly kidnapped naruto and bee, and then got hold of all the bijjus

Obito's S/T can do alot of stuff, that minato's S/T can't . which is why minato accepted that obito's S/T surpasses his S/T .
