Minato's Resangan

Minato was stated to of created the resangan by observing a tbb. I highly doubt that bee used the tbb to attack Minato, and i doubt kurama ever broke out of its cage and fought him. So what monster do you think he went against to learn how to create it.

I doubt Kushina could do a tbb, since kurama hated her..... Unless he had gone up against the nine tails or another tb, he probably just researched their chakra and attacks, and was able to come up with a hypothesis on the tbb

It's possible Kushina underwent a partial transformation at one point and used a mini TBB.
