Read this first before u guys comments, thx. Minato's Rasengan is very powerful than Naruto's normal Rasengan and Jiraiya.
He can use his ftg tech around the area and teleport anytime, and strike them fast enough and rip them apart.

Kakashi's raikiri seems very powerful with piercing attack, it can destroy objects and negate many jutsus. If he uses his Sharingan, then he can read the opponent's movements and counter them with Raikiri.
Raikiri is a fast and strong jutsu,
the Rasengan is fast though, but it seems more powerful than speed.

During the fight between Naruto and Sasuke when they clashed each other with Rasengan and Chidori, it was even.
But I don't know which of this jutsu Rasengan or raikiri is stronger and faster,
I am talking about Minato's Rasengan and Kakashi's Raikiri.

Minato's ftg tech is very fast, not even a Sharingan user can keep up, but kakashi can use his Raikiri to counter almost of each ftg kunai Minato throwing or teleport.

What's your opinion ? :)

Depends, now that Sasuke and Naruto are equal strength, since they read each other's minds (kage summit) their techniques cancelled out.

Showing both are of equal power.

Like you said, FTG is something the sharingan cannot keep up with.

So Minato would win this one.

Agreed, there is something Sharingan user can't keep up against a s/t user like Tobi can't even counter or see it comes, you're right. :)

Minato can create an extremely powerful rasengan, which is spacial chakra construction, where rakiri is elemental construction. I have a feeling it would be similar to sasuke and naruto.

dumbest thing i ever heard
Raikiri
The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused and blue.

Rasengan
Minato had great mastery over the Rasengan, able to form it with one hand and his standard version — at one point — being larger than the Rasengan used by other characters (roughly the size of the Big Ball Rasengan). The lack of elaborate preparations needed for the Rasengan gave Minato an advantage over other technique users in battle. For example, in his fight with Tobi, he is able to form a Rasengan right after throwing his marked kunai at him, allowing Minato to land a devastating blow immediately after performing the Flying Thunder God Technique.

Kakashi intelligence
Repeatedly, Kakashi has shown himself to be a very shrewd and resourceful man. By the age of 13, Kakashi had enough experience on the battlefield to detect a hiding enemy's presence, impressing his sensei, Minato.[7] Comparing his own intellect to that of the keen-minded Shikamaru, Kakashi has proven himself against various S-rank ninja, including members of Akatsuki, showing a remarkably perceptive and analytical side, able to quickly and single-handedly deduced the workings of the most mysterious enemy techniques and plotted a successful diversion in order to verify his theory, ultimately proving it correct. He is aided in this regard by his calm personality, which allows him to handle a given situation with some detachment.
His long career as a jōnin, and formerly as an ANBU, have only expanded his knowledge, allowing him to handle virtually any situation. For these reasons Kakashi has been assigned to a variety of teams - typically as a leader - and he is always able to work well with his team-mates. Chōza Akimichi attributes Kakashi's success to his approach to battles: he avoids direct combat by using misdirection and clones until he can determine the opponent's skills, at which point he modifies his tactics to fit the situation. Kakashi has also shown repeatedly to be a highly capable teacher. He has come up with various unorthodox methods to help his students produce impressive leaps in their abilities in weeks what would normally take months if not years of intense training.

Minato
Minato was shown to be very intuitive and clever from a young age. Of the many ninja sent out to save Kushina from her Kumogakure kidnappers, Minato was the only one to notice the trail of hair she was leaving.[11] After seeing a technique once, he could correctly deduce the basic mechanics behind it, such as the strengths and weaknesses of Kakashi's Chidori.[25] During difficult events, he was still capable of maintaining his composure, assessing the situation, and devising appropriate plans of action. During his skirmish against Tobi, he was able to determine that his opponent didn't want to drag on their fight as he could not keep Kurama summoned for very long, as well as quickly ascertain a method of counter-attacking. Using this information, he was able to take advantage of Tobi's haste to not only wound him, but also remove his control over the beast as well.[26][27]

speed goes to minato so am going to say minato wins however i think the chidori is a better jutsu than rasengan
