It just depends on how much chakra you put into it and I don't think minato's rasengan is as big as Naruto's giant rasengan. It is bigger than Naruto's base rasengan, but smaller than his giant rasengan

well if naruto doesnt infuse it with hios wind chakra or go all nine tails on it therefore he's just using a normal rasengan i gotta say minato will win hence he's the creator of the rasengan!!!!

I think Naruto would win, but you have to take in consideration, that Minato didn't have that much time, to develop variations of the RAsengan eg.. So using sage mode, naruto would have crushed minato.

I think the power of the rasengan doesn't have to go by size, it was said you need to compress chakra into the ball shape so maybe you can make it stronger by compressing a lot of chakra into a palm sized ball.
