Minato's main advantages:
- We've seen that he can use FTG in less than 1seconds, even able to dodge an attack almost touching his nose, or even teleport elsewhere in an instant when he is almost warped by Tobis jutsu. That shows, it's really like "Mission Impossible" to touch him since he can avoid almost every attacks.
- FTG is a teleportation jutsu, so it's impossible to follow even with the sharingan. He appear in an instant where his markings are
- He can put his kunais and his markings everywhere in every places. So more the time you take to fight him, more his possibilities to reach you increase since during the fight, he can easily put his markings everywhere only by touching a place once.
- Since the markings are really difficult to see(in the contrary of Kunai), that makes it difficult to notice too, especially when you are too concentrate in the battle, and at that time, you could be surprise everytime by Minatos attack and crush you so fast that you don't even notice. He can appear and destroy the ennemy in less than one second like we've seen against Tobi for example.
- Close combat is impossible against him since he is fastest than everyone and he only needs "one" contact to put his seals and at that time, the fight is over. So the only way to fight Minato is to attack him at long range i think, but since he is too fast, it could be useless
- You can possibly try to outsmart him, but the problem is that Minato is also smart and probably one of the smartest if not the smartest ninja in NU, so even there it's difficult to outsmart and surprise him
- Minato seems also to be really knowledgeable since he knew that Madara for example could not control Kyubi for too long. So i think he is the type of shinobi who always like to have informations about every dangerous opponent
- He has a protective jutsu that deflect almost every attacks and send them where his markings are(like he did against TBB), so if for example his ennemy is already marked or is even near a mark, depending on the power of the jutsu he deflects, his ennemy could be kill in this process by his own attack
Remember also that more the fight last long, much more easier it becomes for Minato, since during that time, he could put his seals almost everywhere and we could enter into the configuration that the ennemy doesn't even have somewhere to go at a certain moment since Minato could teleport everywhere.
Also like i've explained before, there is a radius where FTG is possible for Minato. That means if the ennemy enter this radius, he is already in danger to see Minato behind him and kill him and this radius is not small at all like you can see here:
So just take a look and begin to imagine an ennemy while fighting who doesn't only have to look at Minato, but also to take care of all those kunais and markings and look if he is not in the radius of FTG, etc.. that could really be difficult to do all that and notice it in time.
At a moment, Minato will certainly have huge opportunities to take and finish the fight.
- Since the God of Dead can only be seen by the one who cast the jutsu, and since Minatos version can be done from far distance, even if Minato sees that he is entering in a fight that he can't win, he can use this jutsu and that will surprise everybody, and he could kill almost everyone with this jutsu, but he will die himself also of course
Jutsus he probably has, but we've not seen:
- Kushina said he mastered a lot of seal jutsus from Uzumaki clan, so i think he must have had types of seals who could help him against some situations we don't know. For example to seal jutsus(like Jiraya did), immobilise people(like Danzo did), put barrier to protect himself(what he used and talked about),etc
Weaknesses he probably has:
- I think one of his weakness could maybe be that he doesn't have long range attacks, so against long range fighter he will probably have much more difficulties to fight
- We don't know how he can fight against genjutsu user, but since he fought against Tobi(the one who can even control the Kyubi) and this guy didn't even thought about using a genjutsu on Minato, i think he had his methods(like Hashirama i suppose) to fight against genjutsus
