Minato's potential ranking

Hey guys, we all know that Minato unfortunately died in the Tobi attack . But let's presume that Minato had lived, maybe he could have learned sage mode or added an element affinity to rasengan, etc.

Where would you rank him your top 10? Like someone from the thread about "dead characters with the highest ceiling" said, "Imagine Minato teleporting from one kunai to another, using fire style or water style" Also imagine shadow clone jutsu in combination with FTG .

If he had a longer life, WHERE would Minato rank in your top 10?

Going of what Jiraiya said that Minato could have been the best ever, I think Minato could have potentially been top 3.

EDIT: Reading the posts I think Minato is top 4-5ish

I think he could handle Killer Bee and oonoki<- cause of speed. Nagato might be a push for him but if he knew the secret behind pain, then maybe. Itachi is questionable cause I don't know how Minato faces genjutsu.

Tobi I can admit being too much for Minato.

Yeah, when I said potential I guess you could make Minato have the elemental affinity added to his rasengan. Hmm that's a good top 10 I guess.

Around 7th not including Sage and sons. He would still be under Nagato imo. I cant see him being stronger than Nagato, Tobi (current), Madara (alive), Naruto or Kabuto. If Itachi lived longer aswell I would put him above.

Just no. No matter what he would have not been above KAbuto + Edo Army, Rinnegan Tobi + Paths and Bm Naruto or NAgato. 5th spot is available for him.

Not to sound like a fanboy, I actually don't know the answer to this question:

Could Minato potentially just FTG and seal the edo tensei users? Or maybe just go straight to kabuto and use contract seal?

^Not sarcastic, I'm actually unsure!

Actually Minato does know Sage Mode I'm pretty sure one of the toad's mentioned to Naruto that the only person besides him and Jiraiya to achieve sage mode was the 4th. I think he could handle alot of the ninja in today's time including Tobi and he maybe one of the only one's who could, seeing as he would be the only other s/t user besides him and if Kakashi had more control of his Mangekyou I'm sure he could use it to perform a combi of s/t techniques similar to Tobi's, but he can't.

Also what people don't realize is Minato could have survived that fight and essentially did wim that fight. He just had to good a heart to see Kushina go all alone. In other words his heart was his greatest weakness. I'm if a Kage from another village like Gaara's father were given the same situation and had the abilitiess and knowledge of seals that Minato had he would've let his woman take the heat.

All in all I say he at least ranks 4 or 5 arguablly
