Minato's possible counter for Genjutsus

Like Kyubi explains here, Minato was so skilled in chakra control that he could even mold his chakra to match the one he decides to transfer his chakra in(in this case, it was Naruto):

We know how genjutsu works. It is created when a ninja extends their chakra flow through the cerebral nervous system of their opponent to control their mind, thereby affecting their five senses

So since Minato can alter his chakra to match someone else's chakra, all what he needs when he is under a genjutsu, is to change his chakra flow into the opponent's one so that when the opponent would try to take control of his chakra flow by extending his own in Minato's, it would not only have zero effect on him at all, but could even conserve/gain the chakra implemented in him and make it his own

I'm not saying anything before we actually see him fight against Genjutsu, because by that logic Tsunade can break almost all Genjutsu's as well which most don't believe. ^^

Minato should definitely be able to dispel C-B rank Genjutsu, but anything along the caliber of Tsukuyomi, Minato isn't breaking out of it.

Low level genjutsu's like Kurani for example possibly.Even Naruto can break out of normal genjutsu after time skip, but anything Sharingan related is a no go.(mainly Tsukyomi).

Not really. What Tsunade does is not the same. Tsunade can transfer chakra, but she can't change her chakra to match someone else. The chakra she transfers has her signature. The only one capable to change the signature of his chakra to match someone else are Minato and Naruto so far we know

i dnt knw if he can break through any genjutsu that way but obito had ms when he attacked konoha with the kyubi yet he never tried to put his former master in a genjutsu, why??? maybe he knew his master could break out of genjutsu, and we knw obito had a powerful genjutsu tech because he went straight to the bloody mist and controlled yagura through a genjutsu so we knw he had something but maybe minato is something else...dnt forget he is mentioned along side hiruzen and hashirama as one of the most powerful shinobi in history and minato is said to be the latter but also the most talented ninja in history...
