Minato's playful side

Seriously am i the only one who think Minato's personality changed somewhat? I know we didn't really get the chance to see Minato that much in this manga outside Flash-backs, but so far he always seemed to be kind and gentle with everyone, smiling with everyone and so on(outside battles mostly) and during battles, he looked calm, analytic and far less talkative than he is right now. I remember he even reprimanded his wife

, yet he seems to have a playful side. In my mind, Minato had 2personalities. The one always acting cool, smiling with everyone outside battle, and the serious and insightful one during battles

I wonder if Minato knows they are fighting for real, for the destiny of the world or if he thinks it's only a joke? Lol

Minato never really had a personality before because he wasn't elaborated on enough to get that far. We're just getting pieces we would have gotten in the flashbacks if Kishi never planned on reviving him.

I really like it to be honest. Makes him less sue-ish and more of a person. Relatable one too.

True that Kishi didn't really expanded on his personality outside battle, but we got somethings concerning it during battles, reason why i'm a little bit surprised now
