how did Naruto create rasenshuriken without no one knowing?

Also Minato obtained chakra mode almost as soon as he was revived when it took Naruto days to accomplish it. Having chakra arms comes with the mode.

When Naruto distributed his chakra to the shinobi alliance, they all got chakra hands too without even practicing.
