Thats obviously very plausible. I personally would prefer for Naruto to have the other half of the Kyuubis Chakra as he needs the powerup himself and we have never seen the true potential of the Perfect Kyuubi Jinchuriki. That and the fact that Juubito would be way too OP, there needs to be a balance.
For all we know, Juubito may try to extract the Kyuubi from Naruto/Minato, and that could be the point Rikudo Sennin shows up (albeit in Chakra form) and speaks directly to Naruto? A moment of Talk No Jutsu? Leading Naruto to then gain full control of the Kyuubis Yin and Yang Chakra plus the boost of SO6P himself etc etc.
There are many possibilities. I think it would be more appropriate for Juubito to have absorbed Bee (Hachibi). We need another fatality in this war, not just fodders or edos being torn in two.
Anyway... with Kishi, anything is possible
we'll see.

late but was watching Road to Ninja and couldnt help but see the Parallels, especially in what looks to become the final battle ofthis war... for those who have seen it, you will know what i am referring to.
Whether or not Obito gains Kyuubi/Hachibi, Naruto will still mirror SO6P and hence be the one to stop him.
