Well Orochimaru's arms were not stored inside Hiruzen.

Yes they were, the RDS Jutsu was used, its not like he did anything different from what Minato did.

The RDS Jutsu only temporarily seals whatever inside the user. It all goes to the same place inside the reaper.

Minato didn't do anything different with the Yin Chakra.

Plus there is no point to Naruto getting it. Why split it if he was just going to get it later like that, there is no point to splitting it.

I seriously doubt this gift will be the Yin Chakra, plus that doesn't sound like a Father to Son gift considering that sealing the first half of it into Naruto was what screwed his life up in the first place.
