There are many rumors to Naruto's gift but let me explain the most relative and common which may make sense
1) Minato might give him the Sage's Staff, but as we know the sage of the six path's was a rumor to be the sixth coffin but it was Madara, so if the six path's power was hidden somewhere, we enviously know it's Madara going to be taking care of him after all he fought Obito " Tobi ", so if he was a lie of Madara, Madara knew where the six sage path staff would be BECAUSE he was that era.
2) If you look at Naruto's chakra form Kurama, his seal is engraved on it, in the show that is classified Yang with all his chakra too in other manga parts, maybe he will get the other half of chakra power from his Father, the 4th, the Hokage, Minato.
3) It may be his cloak. If you watched Road to ninja I can assure you, you will remember what Naruto wore, not his orange suit, but his dad's yellow flash cloak. It was amazing because many people were to understand that was a Hokage cloak, even if Sakura's dad was the " Hokage " it showed the Hokage which was hard to understand, and Sasuke was a revontheus of the real menma, search up revontheus its apart of a game xD. So yeah it showed him wear, which might just be a sign of his hokage homecoming, so let's see if he can adjust some colors, " Orange Flash ".
