Minatos Gift is Kuramas remaining 50% power!

I was wondering what Minato meant by saying he has a gift for Naruto.

For those who think Kurama should have been released when Oro released the Kages, dont forget Kurama was sealed within Minato, not Oro. Well according to this Minato should do the same in order to release Kuramas remaining 50% chakra, but it was stated that he knew many seals from the Uzumaki clan since Kushina is his wife. If there is an alternative way to unseal the Shiki Fujin I think he may be able to do it.
