Is his move really teleportation or does he just use the seals to determine where he goes.

Its seems like teleportation but its more like a reverse summon

He can do both, remember when he teleported the 9-tails beast bomb away from everybody?
To use that type of stuff he uses hand seals though.

isn't the teleportation a part of the summoning thing? so it would be that he teleports anything including himself through reverse summoning
