its possible that bee noticed the kunai and realized what was about to happen after seeing minato teleport to the kunai in the tree

Possible. But unlikely.

Not sure if you're trying to prove to us that FTG is overrated...or if you just want Minato out of the picture so that everyone would think Hashirama's the best Hokage.

No offence but for a guy who has good amount of rep.. you sure are acting like a noob. If you had read the OP , it clearly states FTG is not to be overrated against Top-tier.... Does it say Minato is not strong? no.

He teleported using rasengan/holding baby Naruto...and you think the can't teleport without his hands holding a kunai?A is fast,be he couldn't predict where Minato will land.He already proved that he's better than A,even A admited that Minato was faster than him,of course because of FTG,but Minato shown great reflex and reaction time, that's why he could use FTG so well.

1 hand was always open in those situations mate. Ay was ready . Meaning he knew he could hit Minato where ever he teleported. But again, this does not change the fact that Killer B was able to react to it. Meaning , other high-tier characters like Tobirama, Madara, Muu and possibly Kabuto can also react to it.

it is not overrated man. 1st of all apparently u didn't know that the FTG uses absolutely NO chakra at all so he can do that allllll day. 2nd off he only puts the seal on his enemy and jumps to them when they least expect it. 3rd they have an actual law that states that if u c the yellow flash you must run. i mean for real, who else in the show has a law about themselves saying that u must run for your life if u see him? no one, not even any of the kages in history were as feared by all the other nations as they were to minato. he is un-defeatable. with his ftg he even pretty much won one of the great ninja wars by himself just by having everyone throw his marked knives into the battlefield and boom.... minato won the 3rd great ninja war all by himself thanks to his ftg and they were about to retreat from being outnumbered until he showed upand ur here tryin to convince yourself that minatos ftg is overrated .... i sure hope u learned something from this

So what's the point you want to prove,he doesn't need to have his arms empty to teleport, from where did you got that ideea? And tell me when did he fiind the time to form a seal(because that's what you're impying) when he was doind this

1. Every jutsu uses chakra dawg.
2. and that enemy can react to his FTG if they have reaction time
3. Because only High Tier people can only take him on.
4. Hashirama/Hiruzen/ are the most feared then Minato.

Notice how when he teleports from the explosion one of his hands is free. And what do you mean find the time to form a seal..O_O. He teleported to a kunai outside.. And if your talking about his catching Naruto.. that was only him.. not FTG

True all what minato got is that lame teleportation Justus and with anyone with good reaction they can beat minato and my freinds prepare minato fanboys are coming

According to Jiraiya, Minato was one of the most gifted shinobi who ever lived[25] and was also believed to be one of the strongest shinobi that ever existed. His abilities were so far advanced that even the Fourth Raikage thought that no one would be able to surpass him.[12] Anko Mitarashi, in discussion with the Third Hokage about Orochimaru's immense strength and his threat to the village, stated that she wished the Fourth had been alive to face him.[30] At a young age, he was able to single-handedly rescue Kushina from three Kumogakure ninja.[31] During the Third Shinobi World War, flee-on-sight orders were given to enemy shinobi should they ever see him appear on the battlefield.[32] Minato was also capable of counteracting the Nine-Tails' attacks to the point that Tobi found it necessary to intervene and stop Minato directly. Tobi was later forced to retreat due to being severely injured by Minato. He even complimented Minato and stated he was worthy of his title of "Fourth Hokage".[33]
Like Tobirama Senju, Minato could detect the presence of people within an area by simply placing his finger on the ground.[34] Minato's fighting style often excluded time consuming hand seals that give enemies an opening so he often relies on his two original techniques: the Flying Thunder God Technique and the Rasengan.

Taijutsu Edit

Minato saving Kakashi.
One of Minato's trademark attributes was his immense speed and instantaneous reflexes, able to react fast enough to catch an infant Naruto mid-fall to prevent him from being stabbed by Tobi.[35] He could also respond to Tobi's Kamui technique quickly enough to escape it.[36] He is often referred to throughout the series as the fastest shinobi who ever lived, with the speed of the currently fastest living shinobi often being compared to his own, such as A or Naruto in his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, with the former admitting that even with his Lightning Release Armour enhancing his already immense speed and reflexes was still outmatched by Minato.[12] Even when assisted by his brother, A was unable to lay a hand on Minato. When fighting, he mainly employed the use of his unique kunai, wielding them proficiently and taking advantage of their particular form, which made them even more suitable for close range combat than standard kunai. Using this type of kunai, he was able to nearly sever one of the Eight-Tails' tentacles when B moved to save his brother from Minato's counter-attack despite having nearly no leverage, showing that he possessed a great deal of strength.[37]
Ninjutsu Edit
Rasengan Edit

Minato demonstrating the dynamic creation of a Rasengan.
Minato spent three years creating the Rasengan by observing the Tailed Beast Ball.[38][39] It is the highest level of shape transformation and it does not require hand signs to be performed. Instead, using a concentration of spinning chakra in the form of a sphere in the user's palm, immense damage is inflicted to its target upon contact. As its creator, Minato had great mastery over the Rasengan, able to form it with one hand and his standard version — at one point — being larger than the Rasengan used by other characters (roughly the size of the Big Ball Rasengan). The lack of elaborate preparations needed for the Rasengan gave Minato an advantage over other technique users in battle. For example, in his fight with Tobi, he is able to form a Rasengan right after throwing his marked kunai at him, allowing Minato to land a devastating blow immediately after performing the Flying Thunder God Technique.
He had intended to combine the Rasengan with his own nature transformation, but the task was too difficult to complete before his untimely death.[40]

Space–Time Ninjutsu Edit

Minato's special kunai.
Minato was famous for his unique space–time technique, the Flying Thunder God Technique, which essentially allowed him to teleport to any location with untraceable movements Minato had through the use of special seals. By throwing kunai that had the seal attached to them behind enemy lines, Minato could wipe out an entire platoon in the blink of an eye.[41] Minato could teleport to his special kunai even as it travelled through the air.[42] He was also capable of applying the seal to solid surfaces with his bare hand, allowing him to tag opponents and give himself an easy way to track and reach them.[43] He also incorporated this seal formula into Kushina's seal so he could always come to her aid, at any time.[44]
For defensive use, Minato was capable of implementing space–time barriers to counter large attacks such as a Tailed Beast Ball, sending the blast to a distant area away from the village.[45] He was even able to teleport things as large as the Nine-Tails itself, albeit at the cost of a large portion of his chakra due to the beast's immense size.[46]

Fūinjutsu Edit

The key to the Nine-Tails' seal.
Minato was very knowledgeable in fūinjutsu, partially due to Kushina teaching him some of the Uzumaki clan's unique sealing techniques.[47] He knew the full capabilities of the Dead Demon Consuming Seal and was aware that he could not completely seal all of the Nine-Tails' chakra within the death god. Minato could also remove an opponent's ability to use the Summoning Technique.[48]
The greatest example of his prowess with fūinjutsu is the seal used on Naruto, placing two Four Symbols Seal to create the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style, which would allow small amounts of the Nine-Tails' chakra to leak out and naturally mix with Naruto's own.[49] Minato also sealed some of Kushina's and his own chakra within Naruto so that they could see him when he was older, and assist him in dealing with the beast.[50]

Summoning Technique Edit

Minato summons Gamabunta to stop Kurama.
In his youth, Jiraiya taught Minato how to use the Summoning Technique to summon toads. He was able to summon Gamabunta, showing considerably large reserves of chakra in doing so, and was one of the few people that Gamabunta would willingly cooperate with without hesitation.[51] He could use the Summoning: Food Cart Destroyer Technique for a devastating surprise attack that could even pin powerful large targets like the Nine-Tails down.
Intelligence Edit
Minato was shown to be very intuitive and clever from a young age. Of the many ninja sent out to save Kushina from her Kumogakure kidnappers, Minato was the only one to notice the trail of hair she was leaving.[31] After seeing a technique once, he could correctly deduce the basic mechanics behind it, such as the strengths and weaknesses of Kakashi's Chidori.[52] During difficult events, he was still capable of maintaining his composure, assessing the situation, and devising appropriate plans of action. During his skirmish against Tobi, he was able to determine that his opponent didn't want to drag on their fight as he could not keep Kurama summoned for very long, as well as quickly ascertain a method of counter-attacking. Using this information, he was able to take advantage of Tobi's haste to not only wound him, but also remove his control over the beast as well.[53][54]

ummmmmm no it DOESNT use chakra DAWWWG wiki that shit if u dont believe me..... honestly the no chakra thing surprised me too but it doesn't use chakra because of the certain seal that he uses. also hiruzen and hashirama dont have a law for the other nations sayig to RUN when they see them so thats proof right there minato is the most feared.... also kishi made him narutos dad for a reason plus minatos ftg allows him to time travel if u have seen that movie that shows it

its just ftg v1
ftg v2 is much more faster

nope, ftg lvl 2 is teleporting to a moving kunai, ftg lvl 1 is to a stagnant kunai. No speed difference, both teleport, how can it get faster:|

just so you know minato had no intention to go for the kill with killer bee plus he began to talk to raikage so bee had enough time to turn his blade on him ftg is not overrated its a feared technique and he does blitz people with it as in the war when he told all the leaf to through the kunai at the enemy then they said dont blink as you will miss it if that isnt blitzing i dont know what is

although i agree that minato's FTG is very over rated, i disagree that A or B > Minato... A is supposed to be > B at that stage in the manga and the manga panel uve used says that minato surpasses A...therefore B as well..

i like what your saying in this thread...but not the examples that your using to support it...

better references would have been that knowledge trumps minato's ability in that the seals are what allow him to teleport...other than that..u dont really have a case :smh: you make so many threads...yet all so disapointing

Uh no sir, its never stated or hinted Minato has a faster reaction time then Ay. What Minato beat Ay in was only speed. It wasn't a reaction time battle. His telportation technique is INSTANT. So yea.
Also, seeing how B made a stalemate with Minato.. Killer B > Minato> Ay. (Strongest wise, if thats what your thing was about)

the reaction time is not sayed anywer but if u c the fight just b4 A's punch comes near minato's nose he had already thrown his kunai to counter it
it shows his reaction is better than A
B did the same thing what minato did
so minato>=B by reaction time

I had to laugh considering that your favorite character is a character that is based on hype rather than feat's.... A assuming that's the reason that you like him, then i would suggest you take a look in to the hype that is evolved around Minato.

Another thing is that Minato Reaction time is unrivaled, for someone to actually pull one over him is truly a sight to be seen. You claim that Killer Bee was able to react? Well you have to take in to account that Minato had no intent to kill Killer Bee.

The 8 tails would be aware of the mark more that likely so it would be wildly inaccurate of you to claim that the 8 tails didn't help him, however, it wasn't the 8 tails that did anything....

The fast Ninja alive... Wasn't even able to hit minato on several occasions, so claiming his FTG to be overrated is ridiculous, considering he already had knowledge of his abilities yet still couldn't lay a finger on him. That's how good it is, not only do you have to physically deal with the speed, which to this day none can. But! You must deal with his reaction speed, which tbh... We haven't seen anyone else with the reaction speed that guy had.

There are many flaws to the spoiler you uploaded, ill however state 4 major flaws and leave the minor's. First is that its true bee had his swords out at start and took it out. However the first flaw was that when bee had the swords out the first time, his right hand which wielded the sword was pointing back. However when minato appeared it was his left hand which wielded the sword that was pointing back. Second is that when the right hand was pointing behind him, it was far astray from his back directly to an extent that you could state the sword was at his side. However when minato appeared behind him the sword was directly behind him and not like the first time. Third is that Bee/The cloud fodder, A and even the other konoha fodders that were with minato all had sweat on their face before minato appeared behind bee/fodder. That sweat was there . Fourth is that Bee always takes his swords out, he never takes one and leaves one. You might say he was in the process of taking his other sword out, however that is wrong, because his other hand was no where near his back to redraw his second sword, but rather it was infront of him. If he planned on redrawing the other sword his hand would be behind him and not infront of him

Also note the use of exclamation marks in naruto. That is a portrayal of the character being shocked/surprised at something and this portrayal wasn't bee's but rather the fodder beside him who had the exclamation mark

Anyway OP, every high calibre technique is overrated and tbh you aren't exactly in a position to judge
