Minato's Defense is impenetrable!!!

As opposed to the popular belief, Minato's defense is not only centered around opening warp gates and warping incoming projectiles.
Minato has one of the strongest defense tools in the manga, and that is his barrier.
The 9 tails fox at full size couldn't even scratch it. When Hiruzen saw it, he said there's nothing they could do to penetrate or open up the barrier, which means no ninjutsu, genjutsu, tsijutsu could even scratch Minato's barrier, not even totsuka or tsukoymi!
I'd say the only thing that might be able to dispel the barrier is kamui!

So in a fight minato could get inside his barrier, start tossing kunais all over the place, and then cover his body with a miniature version of the barrier and teleport all over the place killing and blood spilling and causing pain to everything everywhere at once!

Kushina's chains have nothing to do with the barrier. It was the transparent one on top of the chains and everything else!
