Minato's Chakra

Is anyone forgetting the fact that Madara needs Minato's Kyuubi chakra as well to complete the full Juubi?

How on earth is Madara going to get ahold of Minato, being the fastest shinobi in the known universe?

Both Raikage and Tobirama admitted Minato is the fastest/faster than them.

Minato's Kyuubi chakra is for Naruto so I think Madara doesn't need it and the ten tails will be revived with Madara in control, even though he doesn't need another power-up at this stage
