Minato's chakra nature

I think Minato may still be one of the only jonin ninja to not have a chakra nature attributed to him. Do you guys think they'll bother to give him one after all this time? If so what do you think it would/ hope it would be?

Well first off Minato isn't a Jounin, he's a Kage. Second, just because we haven't seen him use an elemental attack, doesn't mean that he doesn't have a nature.

Most Kage's have atleast 2 elemental nature, and I'm sure Minato is no different. FTG hints that he has Raiton. Rasengan and Naruto being his son hint that he also has Wind.

His last name is Namekaze. Nami=Wave Kaze=Wind
So his last name hints that he is both Wind and Water.

So Minato is most likely capable of using either Wind, Lightning, and Water. Possibly all of those, or a combination of two of those. We will soon find out.

It could also be Wind, but I'm leaning more to Lightning.
Oh, and Rasengan is just chakra unless you add an element to it.

Naruto added his Wind Chakra to it to make his Rasengan even stronger.
He even made an Ultimate Move: Rasen Shuriken.

I thought so too at first but that would be a little cheesy for father and son to be the same nature, though it makes sense look at the Uchiha. I'd like to thing water though. Maybe that's the key to FTG and the thunder aspect was to mislead people to thinking electricity. Maybe FTG transports through the water vapors in the air kind of like Haku but way faster.

Kishi gave him the name Namikaze, so i think he should follow the logic and give him a wind and water affinity. What's sure though for me is that he has wind, since he wanted to cut Raikage in half despite his lightning armor and i don't think someone as smart as him will do things without a reason

I meant jounin and higher and I said he didn't have one attributed to him I never said I didn't think he had one. I think you're on to something with Water and Wind but i don't really wanna see him with wind.

He doesn't have one attributed to him directly, but he clearly has one or maybe even two. Several times has it been stated that Minato wanted to add his elemental affinity to the rasengan, which basically proves he has an element.

The only reason we've seen only FTG and Rasengan from him is because all his battles we've seen him in were speed battles, and those jutsu's are extremely fast to use. Other jutsu's would be time consuming.

I'm really hoping for Wind and Water. Lightning would be nice, too.

Tobirama and Tsunade are contradictions to this.
Tobirama only has one nature, and Tsunade doesn't even have one.
