First of all the title is misleading as others have stated before.

Kakashi him self stated that he can't accomplish such a thing so I suggest you reread the manga. Only because one uses his clones does not mean he's going to accomplish that feat.

He never said it doesn't amplify the jutsu, it just wouldn't be as powerful as fuuton, as fuuton is the perfect element for this like katon is for fire ball jutsu, raiton and suiton wouldn't be as effective, which is the whole point he is trying to make (although he is wrong about FRS being anything like Raikiri.)

Putting teleportation is impossible and if you used your own logic you could answer your own question, although you may be an exception. Once you stop adding spin to it, the rasengan automatically nullifies as the only thing keeping it in its current shape and form is the rotation. Putting a FTG seal on chakra is absurd, and would damage him self in a process which is impossible for to happen. FTG is a separate jutsu, that is like saying you're going to add your genjutsu to your rasengan.

The reason why Naruto is the ONLY one who can add his element into Rasengan is because of his chakra levels and skill with the Shadow clone technique, as Kakashi stated. Naruto's skill with the Shadow clone technique gives him an advantage over others in this regard, which is why Kakashi also stated that it is training only Naruto can do and this partially due to his high chakra levels so without either of these two factors Naruto would not be able to do it.

And like what NarutoIndra, there is no way Minato could have placed a seal within the rotating chakra of the Rasengan to teleport it. He has shown he can effectively use FTG and Rasengan in his own way, due to his quick reflexes and intelligence.

Plus he wouldn't be able to send someone to the molten core of the Earth purely because he needs to send something or himself somewhere with a intact seal already which he needs to place, how do you propose he goes to the centre of the Earth without dying exactly?

1.Minato already teleports while using resengan
2.If it was stated kakashi cannot add his chakra nature to the resengan why would your next question be why doesn't he add his chakra nature to the resengan ?

adding doton would make the resegan a doton technique
Adding suiton makes it a big water ball
adding fire makes its a fire ball
adding lightning makes it a lighting blade or chiodori

No other element gives it speed or the cutting power of fuuton making all other choices moot

That's a lot of bad assumption and limited imagination there. Using you logic you should call rasen-shuriken a wind ball :flaw:

Every element has it's own special trait. Wind elements special trait is cutting, so it added cutting power to the rasengan. The speed comes from the rasengan not the element.

The same thing would happen w/ the others, basically taking the element's trait to a whole other level. To say only wind would work is just silly.

OT: It's never been said, but it's most likely he had wind element as others have stated. That sort of thing is hereditary.
