Minato's base speed

We no that Minato has the fastest jutsu( flying thunder god jutsu). We also now he has the fastest reflexes. What about his base speed, he was able to grap naruto really fast. But how fast is it. Let me see what you think.

I only count manga, not anime because there are some different fillers in. and not movies because It was not masashi kishimoto who alone worked on it.

well he was as fast as a good ninja i.e without the FTG.. i dont think he was fast like FTG in normal mode.

If you ask me, I once posted a thread about this....
It is confirmed that FTG is not yellowflash from last episodes....
so I think yellowflash is Minato's base speed for which he is nicknamed...

Of course, KM is a power-up but Minato uses no power-ups so it's 19-20...

I can't tell for now but to remove a paper bomb that usually goes off quick & still not get hit by it is just too kool

Minato's base speed is no where near Kyuubi mode Narutos speed.
It's not even near Raikages lightning armor speed.
