An no, as far as the SA goes Naruto has done way more. The SA is currently in IT, Sasuke couldn't save them. Naruto kept them alive for the majority of the war arc, dating way back to sealing off the edos and getting rid of the zetsu imposters that were raping the SA otherwise.

Sasuke is more vital in this current situation at this moment though, but Naruto put in work for the SA, don't disrespect it like that
