Ok this might be a dumb question so bear with me but how do you know he can summon ma and pa or the other summons besides Gambunta?

I think he's rated exactly as he should be right now, but if we see more capable techniques and a wider range of attacks, then he will be rated higher.

I do like the effort, but in all honestly kishi hasnt shown much from minato (we dont even know if he has nature release). Thats why I suspect he got brought back as an edo, same for the other hokage.

I agree, though I doubt Minato has the same cohesion with the toads as Jiraiya did.
As far the sealing techniques, I think its a bit far to say that he new the majority of Uzumaki sealing techniques.

Maybe if we see him summon something as an edo, we can see how he uses the frogs, but until then, I'm going to assume he didn't have mastery on par with jiraiya.
(examples are the difference in use of snake summoning between sasuke, anko, orochimaru and kabuto.)

I think it's possible that minato has a more powerful variation of rasengan, to take out larger enemies, though I believe they would all be short range/contact jutsus, since they would most likely be created to complement his FTG.

It's not a rate thread but a thread talking about his arsenal, and his arsenal is greatly overlooked. Just look at Minato's thread lately and you'll see the same thing(he only has FTG or rasengan, blabla)

The question was dumb alright, but from what pa have said about him suggests that he has been to the toad village and he also has a contract with them so he can summon the great toads.

Pa seems to not have even heard of Minato, at least in relation to Jman which makes no sense.

Minato is said to be the only one Gamabunta really acknowledged(not even Jiraya was acknowledged by him), which means it was Minato's personal summon and they must have had a lot of combinaisons together

Minato surely has more abilities than 3-4. However it was never stated he can use sm (i think if he could the toads would compare Naruto with his father like they compared him with Jiraya when Naruto trained for gaining sm).

Never said it was stated he could use SM in OP. I said he could summon Pa and Ma. Pa and Ma aren't only use for SM, they can also be used as normal summons
