Everyone puts him high in their top 10 list, but really, how is he strong? This is not a hate thread, I dont have anything against his character, I just want to discuss his top 10 position.
I mean, I know he got that FTG but thats not an offensive jutsu, in the end his only offense will be rasengan and that simply doesnt damage top 20 shinobi that much..

Can you explain me how sakura or any other people can counter FTG except for obito/madara/hashirama.

Since when a kunai or rasengan can't kill and you need overpowered move to kill someone? Infact in most cases, the opponents never die from overpowered moves, but more against kunais(Madara, Hashirama thought a kunai could kill him, Obito got almost killed by Minato's kunai and they are considered top5 or 3 by majority of people). I find it really funny how people think you need fire power to defeat someone. Furthermore, most likely the rasen chourinbu kousanshiki is stronger than rasengan judging by the fact Minato thought he could kill Jubito with it, although it still has yet to be seen

His reflexes are his best quality next to his s/t.

Without SM his reflexes are on par with that of KCM naruto, that is impressive considering he has nothing to enhance them.

Basically if minato surrounds a slower ninja with kunai then he wins, he doesnt specifically have a powerful jutsu but i guess food cart destroyer makes up for it.

He's 9th. So he makes it but he has the hardest time against top tier ninja.

This would mean that sakura would be top tier as well, which she is def not. Second, nobody needs to counter ftg. Lets say nobody in NV could counter it, it would only mean that people wouldnt be able to damage minato, but minato's only got rasengan, so he wouldnt be able to damage anyone neither
