Minato is the best in entire NV due to the following reasons
He didn't came from a blessed clan and yet stood at the top of the shinobi world........
He is the first ordinary man to become a Kage and he is the first Hokage to get the title according to process.......
He is too kind ......
He got alot of respect from Elder's like Jiraya,Tsunade etc.........
He even respected by his enmy...........
He is the most gifted shinobi of leaf........
Naruto blessed with Minato's will and his determination that's y Naruto is able to do all those bunch of things pretty easily compared to other's.........
