Why do people have to say that Minato is not fast without FTG?
Its his technique he made it and perfected it. The Raikage's need lighting armor, How about we take that away, What does that leave them? He might always use it but its because he is amazing at it and nobody can track him. Also rasengan doesn't do much damage? He can do it with on hand which gives him a huge advantage in close range battle. The rasengan has been shown to literally damage and KO the opponent like what he did to Obito after the rasengan to the back he was done. Or how naruto with one Rasengan was able to defeat the last pain. Rasengan is one of the strongest jutsu's ever. Its not A-class for nothing. Yes your right for the fact we haven't seen much of a element or Ninjutsu as much but after the war I'm sure we will see it.
But either or if we do or don't he is still one of the strongest Kage's ever.
