So Minato got back from the reaper, he has as well a body.

But we as well know that he sealed away kuramas other part chakra. So would this mean that Minato can go kyuubi mode as well? As well can Naruto gain the chakra side of kurama from his father Minato?

1) Assuming that Minato has the remaining chakra, he haven't trained kuubi mode so no
2) The reapers seal require that the soul that's been consumed is first sealed in the caster stomach but then as the shinigami takes the caster too both souls are trapped in the shinigami's stomach.
Yin Kurama's chakra is not seal inside Minato it's sealed in the reapers stomach.
3) If Kurama's remaining chakra was indeed sealed in Minato shouldn't the souls of Hashi and Tobi be sealed inside Hiruzen??How are they both back??
Kurama being sealed inside Minato doesn't make sense!

Nope. Even Hiruzen sealed the first and the second.

Well all fourth hokages got free, oro got his arms back. This would probably mean that Kyuubi/Kurama got his chakra back right? Or at least Minato MUST have Kurama's other half chakra.
