well he'd have gotten stronger since then so id say probley higher but i think naruto would be waaay down there and sasuke wouldnt be a problem for the village at all

If Minato was still alive, the Zetsu armies would have been taken down very quickly and he will be a lot of help in slowing down the edo tensei summons. The war will end in a flash. Only Tobi and Madara would be problems.

So if he was alive, he'll do a lot of feats, and people will rank him at God level.
