The Raikages were already from bloodline... Jiraya got as strong as he was cause he was disciple of the third and went training with the frog sage.... The third hokage trained with the first and second to become like he was... And orochimaru ... He ain't as strong as he seems... And he trained with the third though he was crazy and became strong cause of his experiments...
And Minato came to the academy... And had abilities worthy of a genin already or maybe chunin...

I wasn't asking for the reasons those people were strong, i was making a very valid point on powerful ninja who WERE NOT Senju or Uchiha related.There are more than i mentioned of course but my point was made.

Your reasoning is faulted ---> Any shinobi with outstanding skills and talent must be either Uchiha or Senju. That is SO wrong. We have seen many shinobi with speed that are not Senju and FTG is a mixture of Summoning jutsu and Fuinjutsu (learned from Kushina). No doubt Minato is an outstanding shinobi and Kage but does not mean he is of Senju and Uchiha decent.
