Technically FTG is supposed to be instant and is a S/T jutsu meaning it bends time and space so that Minato goes from point A to point C without passing through point B. Going with this he should be faster than light, which still has to go through point B before reaching point C.

Light: A->B->C
Anyway don't bring physics into the Naruto world, the same rules do not apply...

he has the fastest base speed and reflexes of any ninja, meaning other ninjas have to use some kind of jutsu to become fast as him or faster, even shee said raikage with his lighting armor on is on parr with minato's speed and last i check minato dont use any jutsu to increase his speed, he is just that fast, and raikage is the fastest ninja alive and he said minato was faster than him
