Can Minato (the 4th hokage) ever be ressurected by kabuto?

I know oro tried to but failed but kabuto is probably better at reanimation so would he be able to?

Minato's soul is sealed inside the Death Repear seal's Stomach, and thus he can't be revived via Edo Tensie.
