So i guess raikage a isnt fast because his jutsu increases his speed. Dude he was fast with out it and on top of that had fast reflexes. Name a shinobi that is super fast without a jutsu to help. A lot of shinobi are fast but the fastest are that way because of jutsu.

He is awesome and he would still be really powerful without his Seal-Transportation technique, but like the title said, he isn't fast. Without his sealing technique or his sealed kunai, would he be fast? I don't think so. What I am trying to say is that he isn't fast, he just has a very good Ninjutsu (which makes him very cool, but not fast).

Without ftg he is still one of the fastest in the series.

one day itachi fans and minato fans will live in peace. he is fast. his base speed doesn't make him the fastest in the manga if that's what your getting at. everyone knows this. you just want to argue and get attention because your favorite character is gonna lose to minatos son.
